Family paradise with private heated pool and jacuzzi

This house is located in peacefull surrounding of nature. House consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 bathroom and 1 room upstairs. There are lots of sightseeing spots nearby if you want to connect with nature. There are lots of green around the house, flowers and plants, and our own eco-friendly garden with fresh fruits and vegetables that you will enjoy eating. You can relax here, disconnect from the city noise, while still being 15 drive from city .Zrnovnica is a small town in the suburbs of city Split. It is 10km distance from city center. There is a lot of history in our little town an we will gladly tell you some of it and point you to the old churches and other things that are worth sightseeing. You can go hiking on the mountain, walking or runing next to the river, horse riding or go swimming to the nearest beach in Strozanac which is 4km distance.

Why they chose this property

This was a family house before it was repurposed as a holiday home so it is decorated with love. House is spacious and full of contents. You will find everything you need and more and will feel like you are at home. There is big balkony with dining table. There are lots of green around the house, flowers and plants, and our own eco-friendly garden with fresh fruits and vegetables that you will enjoy eating. You can relax here, disconnect from the city noise, while still being 15min drive from city.

What makes this property unique

Whole house is yours only, no other guests will be there with you. The owner of the house is on the diferent floor with seperate entrence. Owner Magda and her husband Enko will take care of garden and prepare you a meal on the fireplace/barbecue if you want to try some local tasty dishes.
