About this property

Villa Amistad is a luxury 3 bed/3 bath contemporary holiday home in a peaceful community in Playa Blanca. The quality shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon are close by. The beaches in the area are golden sand. The air-conditioned villa is spacious and bright with stylish furnishings and everything needed for a family holiday. There is a large heated pool with loungers in the private walled garden, which has a built-in BBQ area, comfortable seating and feature lighting.

A large outdoor dining table, sofas and outdoor kitchen sit under the lovely shade of a pergola, providing a welcome retreat from the sun for relaxation and al- fresco dining.
The open plan living space includes a bright, well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area, with a large sofa and Smart TV.
The lounge is stylishly decorated with all the comforts of home.
Double doors open onto the terrace and swimming pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The light and airy master bedroom suite features , plenty of storage, a king size bed and double doors onto the terrace. The stunning ensuite bathroom has a huge double sink, and oversize walk-in shower cubicle with beautiful tiling and rainfall shower.
The second bedroom also features a king size bed, large wardrobes and a window to the front of the property (perfect for catching the sunrise over the mountains!). The adjacent bathroom also has a large walk- in rainfall shower. Bedroom 3 has a small double bed and a stylish ensuite bathroom.
All rooms have combination air- conditioning and heating. There is a UK Satellite TV package and free WI-Fi.
There is a large storage, utility cupboard with a built-in washing machine.
The large driveway and garden to the front of the villa is secured with electric gates and is big enough for two cars.
The villa is equipped with an alarm system and safe.
The swimming pool is a particular feature of the property as it benefits from heating for year round use. This is often not the case with holiday homes.
The 36 foot length is ideal for serious lap swimming whilst the constant 4 foot six inch depth is great for leisure. As there is no shallow end, apart from the steps, we recommend that all non-swimmers wear a life preserver at all times. The large terrace around the pool has plenty of sun-beds
together with an outdoor shower and a comfy outdoor day bed.

An absolutely wonderful stay

We have had the most wonderful week in this property. The communication with the owners was fantastic. The house is second to none, with absolutely everything being thought of for us. On arrival, the house was modern, clean and kitted out with eveything we would need for our time there, and more! We were met by the house manager (who was lovely and extremely helpful). We had an arrival pack of food and drinks which was more than i would have ever expected. Our time at the property was absolutely perfect. We all had a fantastic week - especially our 3 children (who lived in the pool fir a week) and we have already looked as to when we can return! Thank you so much for a perfect week.

Estuvimos súper cómodos no le falta detalle, pero si gran valor es el trato de Juan y su hermana, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, atentos a todo. Un verdadero placer, la Villa es un sueño y está muy bien pensada.

Just perfect

We stayed for 10 nights in March and had the best time imaginable. The Villa is outstanding in every possible way. Large pool and outside area, comfortable beds, excellent welcoming pack, everything works, spotlessly clean, 25 minute walk from bars and restaurants and a good information pack. Beautiful villa

Best villa we have stayed in on holiday - well kitted out, fabulous outside space with comfy loungers. Also appreciated the property manager meeting us and showing us around rather than the usual key box.
