Only a top sheet on the bed for bedding, and no extra blankets anywhere in the place. The sink didn't drain properly, and the bathroom was pretty dingy. We were only there for one night so it was fine, but would have loved more blankets. The location was great and right in the middle of all the shops we were wanting to go to.

It's a small unit but very comfortable. It is in the best location in Florence, right around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and just next door to the Uffizi Museum. There are a number of excellent restaurants/bars right outside the front door of the building on a small alley, which is quiet in a big city. Thumbs up on this location!

The location could not be beat, but there are a few things to be aware of.While it is on the second floor, be ready for four flights of stairs with no elevator.Also, check in can be a bit unorganized. They send several emails and require that you reply within 24 hours, which means you are expected to check email on holiday and on the weekends to reply.Arriving at the unit is easy via taxi, but you use your cell phone service to connect to the lock to get into the building. And cell phone service was really poor at the front door, so I just had to wait for someone to come out of the building, which delayed our getting into the building by about 40 minutes, just standing outside with our luggage.And lastly, they advertise a clothes dryer, but there is not one available.
