About the owner: We are so pleased you are considering our vacation rental. Our names are Michael and Michelle Wardlaw and we have enjoyed Pensacola Beach now for about sixteen years. I moved to Pensacola from Cincinnati, OH where I was a featured ballet dancer with Cincinnati Ballet. I am now Co-Director of LaBelle Performing Arts and Artistic Director of Pensacola Youth Ballet. My wife is currently an Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay. Previously, she spent twelve years teaching in the Escambia County school district, working with children with severe disabilities. Having traveled the world as a dancer, and being in theatre all my life, I have developed a deep appreciation of good customer service, clean accommodations, and great atmosphere. It has always been a dream of mine to own and operate rental properties...I honestly thought it would be in residential properties, but when my wife and I had the opportunity to purchase beach condos, we both fell in love with the idea. We now own three beach rentals, two here in Pensacola Beach and the other in Gulf Shores Alabama. As we decorated and furnished these units we took into consideration all the amenities we have enjoyed through the years in our vacations and while traveling. Some of the amenities we include are beach towels for each guest, a bluetooth speaker you can carry to the beach, hair dryers in each bathroom, electrical outlets with built in usb charging, Keurig coffee maker as well as standard, flashlights for late night walks, a dvd movie collection, family oriented games, and a pair of binoculars. We have tried to encorporate a little bit of ourselves into each condo in order to make it more inviting and functional for our guests and our own family. We hope we are able to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and most of all, a good memory for years to come.

We had decided to look for a condo that could accommodate multiple families, and when this double unit came available we fell in love. The condo sits at the front of the seventh floor overlooking the gulf, so you have the entire wing of the building to yourself. The complex is very well maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and a large pool area that sits right on the beach. The property offers a double tennis court, brand new clubhouse and fitness center, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities. Many guests enjoy the culinary scene here..With delectable dining establishments, lively libation locales and charming culinary festivals aplenty, the food & drink scene in the Pensacola Bay Area serves up some serious flavor. This property was very roomy and had amazing views!
We had eight people staying at this condo, and never ever felt crowded. The space is bright and cheerful.

Plenty of room and good beds
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was spectacular. Convenient to the restaurants. Would like to return again next year.
The location is awesome but the condo and the property managers were awful.
I was at this condo from July 14-21, 2018. EVERYDAY, starting with the first day all the way to the day before we left, there was an issue. I arrived 30 minutes before check in and the cleaning guy was still there. “Mopping” the floor with a bath towel under each foot. He gave me wrong answers concerning the property he was cleaning. He passed out parking passes like a deck of cards and we were suppose to have only 4. The dryer did not work until day 6. One of the commodes did not work until day 4. I had to schedule my vacation days around repair people. The condo lists items on the web site that were not there. No Bluetooth speaker and eight towels and three washcloths for twelve adults for the week. The fridge and freezer has mold inside. The bathtub has a grease/dirt ring around it. The blankets for the pullout were put back in the basket in the living room wet by the cleaning crew. The patio doors won’t come open. The shower doors won’t slide. There’s a hole in the bedroom door. The kitchen was disorganized. The utility closet on the balcony was full of torn floats/unusable equipment. The property managers woke us up every morning before 7am complaining about parking or sinks backing up. We were unable to use any water for six hours one day due to plumbing issues not even in our condo. The list goes on and on. I contacted the owner, Michael, about all of this and he said he was sorry and he hopes my next vacation somewhere else will be better. He had no interest in any of my problems. I payed a substantial amount of money to stay here and I feel like the condo description on the site is false advertisement. Before I made this review, I tried to speak rationally with the owner and he brushed me off and then 3 weeks later posted a negative guest review about me. I’m a pretty easygoing person and I did not deserve this kind of treatment. I’ve stayed in bad places but I didn’t pay much for them. Everything should have been perfect for the money that I payed for this condo. HomeAway should look into this property and make sure the description online actually matches the property.
Great views, location and unit. Will definitely be back.
