The house, a new building constructed as a Castilian traditional home, is located in the centre of Villacastín, a village that belongs to Segovia.
Villacastín is situated in the South of the Guadarrama mountains range with a very diversified natural environment, where we can contrast its rugged mountains with its cultivated lands that identify the Castilian fields, and its woodlands with mountains covered with pines and holm oaks. It´s worth noting a beautiful oak wich has a recreational area named LA FRESNEDA where you can do sports like trekking o mountain bicycle riding.
