Your place in the Acapulco sun is here! Our spacious studio has a panoramic 270 degree view of Acapulco Bay surrounded by the city and the Sierra Madre mountains in a LTG premium beachfront condo at Condesa Beach right on Acapulco Bay. The two uniquely designed A-shaped towers with atriums are eighties vintage as is the unique facility lay-out at the beach. Our high-rise 560 sq. ft. (52 sq. mtr.) studio plus terazza (balcony) is totally private in that no one, not even other building's occupants can look into the condo.
Ideal accommodation for up to 4 people sleeping 1or 2 in a double bed, 1 in a single single bed, 1 in a daybed. As this is a studio, there is no separate bedroom. Web page format automatically controls the bedroom number list and does not provide us a selection enabling us to list a 0 bedroom.

A spacious studio beachfront condo in a perfect location with a truly magnificent view is what you will be renting only. The two uniquely-designed A-shaped towers with interior atrium are eighties-vintage. There are a couple of complimentary eighties-vintage pool facilities beach-side for which you do not pay to use. There is also a pool-side snack cabana for which you have to pay for the food and drinks that you order.
Our condo features a new 32" Flat screen HD television, a Mirage air conditioner pulls in fresh sea breeze air, kitchenette with FAMILY-SIZE REFRIGERATOR, ultra-comfy pillow-top mattresses. Mandatory daily maid service. Daily rates are per condo, per night not per person.
There are 5 restaurants on-site, a complimentary basic gym, 2 complimentary vintage swimming pools with waterfall from one to the other and a pool bar with lunch and snack menu. 24 hour reception desk, 24 hour security, 24 hour medical clinic with nurse, on-call doctor, 1 grocery convenience store, hair salon, nail salon, beach apparel shop and tour agents off lobby.
This is a family owned vacation rental beach studio condo within a uniquely designed, eighties vintage condominium high-rise of all privately owned condos. These private owners come from around the world - we are from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
Our condo's decor is unique. It is above average compared to most other condos in our building. Our condo is also unique in that it is facing and fronting on the beach, is a corner unit about 20% larger than the side-facing units and high enough to command a superior view. We find it comfortable and stylish within the limitations of a vacation rental. It is our home when we are here. If you are expecting an isolated, out-of-town complex with mandatory dining on site and demand high-end condos and facilities, this is not for you. Other Things To Note; Important Please Read Before Reserving Our Beach Condo A. There is a mandatory daily occupancy fee for daily maid service, utilities paid by all guests which is normal for Acapulco. This fee is payable by credit card or cash by you directly to our on-site agent at time of check-in in Acapulco. This transaction is solely between our agent in the lobby level and you and not us. (Payment of this fee to any agency other than our on-site agent or reception in the lobby level is not advised nor recommended. This per condo cost is based on the following 2023 rates as set by the LTG Condo Owners Association board and is payable by credit card or cash

The amount to be paid is determined by reception staff and our agent's staff (our on-site agent's office on the same level) at time of guest arrival using the number of guests, their ages and their length of stay and subject to change. - For up to 2 persons about MXN 295 pesos ( about US$15 ) for the condo per night. - For up to 4 persons about MXN 322 pesos (about UDS$16 ) for the condo per night. - NOTE! Agent's towel and linen fee to be paid upon arrival to our on-site agent upon arrival. I payed for the hotel, I stood in line but was told I did not have a room booked, I was denied ent
ry . I showed everything the information that was given to me I was told to leave . I booked another hotel and was told by the person I rented from there would be no refund. I call Vrbo that they would try and get me a refund . I called my credit card company and they are having their fraud department investigate. I would definitely not book here again.

It would have been better if you had taken sufficient time to read your VRBO Itinerary. You not having done so resulted in you having to request the condo address by text/email which I was pleased to be of immediate service to you. You would have also noted on your itinerary that your earliest check-in time at the condo reception counter was anytime after 3 pm. It is unfortunate that you arrived and insistently tried to check in over 2 hours early, well before your scheduled earliest check-in time. Apparently, you wanted to have immediate occupancy which was not possible before your reservation was located and before the condo was ready for occupancy. Your subsequent actions towards the reception staff were not tolerated by them and you were asked to leave. The cancellation policy clearly states that bookings at this property are non-refundable. You would have had a better outcome calmly waiting for your scheduled check-in time of after 3 pm as the condo complex manager and his reception staff did have your reservation in place and the condo was ready for occupancy in time for your scheduled arrival time of after 3 pm.

Super View of the Bay
First off, the view is amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash onto the shore and watching the rays in the mornings. The building is showing its age and the condo needs updates such as new blackout curtains and futon.
The pictures online are not accurate. The blackout curtains were torn and had holes in them, and I believe all the furniture except the beds were original from the 80's. You could call it vintage, but it is just worn out. Some things just need to be replaced with age you can't keep it and call it character. Top of the list is the blackout drapes, shower curtain, and futon. The refrigerator and microwave worked well and shower was sufficient if you did not touch the shower curtain. The sheets and bed looked clean, but the comforters were old and worn. You stay for the view.

Thanks for choosing our condo.. We welcome comments especially timely ones as we strive to address them with a same-day resolution. Our website condo photos are very accurate however the decorative items like pillows, bedspreads are changed frequently to accommodate cleaning by the housekeepers. We are always at our condo every year to update, repair and maintain, however, due to the pandemic we are required to stay in Canada, our country of main residence, until our border re-opens for travelling again. This is challenging but we have our on-site condo manager and trades people to attend to all guest concerns but we were not notified of any concerns at the time. Yes, the view from the condo is fantastic!

Excellent Location with Great View and Beach But The Unit Has A few Issues.........................
Ernie & Sharon are excellent businessmen / business women. They reply promptly, are very professional, and are a pleasure to deal with. The major problem I had with their unit is the air conditioner makes a lot of noise which periodically turns into an extremely loud grinding sound which if on at night will wake you up repeatedly. There is a small ceiling fan that fits into a notch in the ceiling and that makes a lot of noise as well when on high speed. Other issues were the lack of hot water in the bathroom sink, and minor differed maintenance. Not having a spout for taking a bath in the tub was not a problem for me. The shower worked well and the water was plenty warm enough.
Their unit is on the 26'th floor and has a fantastic view, terrific balcony, and the location is excellent. The unit is one of the front and center units with the larger floor plan and can sleep 5 people easily. Instructions provided were clear but despite this, the gals at the check in desk didn't know what to do right away. They finally told me I had to first go down to the Acapulco Connecion storefront in front of the South Tower, check in there, and then return to the front desk. From there there were few problems. The elevators are a bit slow and sometimes crowded with an occasional long wait for access. Sometimes you could hop in and go up and down quickly. Tower staff is friendly and efficient. Housekeeping is excellent which is good because there is a daily fee for it which you pay for upfront upon arrival. The internet was very poor and I used my cell phone to provide me with my wifi. The 4G signal for my Verizon phone was usually very strong. The tower has a few shops and restaurants which i didn't use much. Better deals are all around in other places but the facilities are fine. The main pool is a zoo with families and kids all over the place. I enjoyed the smaller childrens pool infront of the South Tower which had lounges and Palapas available. There was a diving platform between the pools which is excellent for the daring. Overall my stay was excellent, the unit plenty adequate despite the frequent interruptions in my sleep. The view phenomenal. Tip for Ernie & Sandra: Replace the bulbs in the reading lights with small LED's. Perhaps consider replacing the fixtures as well since it is a hassle to have to get on the floor and plug them in and out to turn them on and off. Didn't bother me much since I wasn't there to read.

We are happy your stay in our condo "was excellent" including its breath-taking, beautiful view. We are sorry you were bothered by the air conditioner at times. It is a new one, only a few months old, and should not have given you a problem. As mentioned in your Itinerary, if notified of this at the time, we could have had same day resolution by repair or replacement. We will inform our site manager to inspect it. There is wifi available in the lobby and at the pool bat you just have to ask reception for the current codes. The lobby and pool internet can sometimes be slower than normal, especially as your stay was during Christmas thru New Year's Eve, the busiest time of the year. Regarding the bed reading lights on the wall, there is no need to pull their plug out as the switch for them is on the wall by the bed to turn them on and off. We welcome guest comments. En general todo bien, solo no estoy de acuerdo que hagan un cargo extra por el uso de utensilios que ni se utilizaron y no se porque se cobro adicional esa cantidad. la otra parte es que solo den 2 toallas de baño y dos para alberca si se supone que se paga por 4 personas.
