This is the ground floor apartment in our house in the former fisherman village, Klima, The house is situated directly at the sea. It is a renovated traditional fisherman house. Open your door and go for a swim. The area is ideal for families or groups that wish a peaceful and idyllic vacation by the sea. Access to the sea is a few meters away. The area is peaceful and ideal for an idyllic vacation by the sea. You reach the village by car form the harbor or the airport. One has to park about 100 meters from the beach where the road meets a dead end. Just walking about 100 meters you come to the house. Number of the house is 40. The owner, Manolis, and his wife, Roula, live nearby on Plaka, and are always available for anything you need within minutes.

Milos 4 day

We stayed here April 2024 so a little off season. Made our breakfast & lunch shared with the cats there are many you can’t help it they are hungry. Rented a quad perfect for finding those beaches, restaurants & archeological sites. This is rustic you can’t park close but so worth it you will not regret it

Beautiful spot

We rented a car to get to the beach house. It was 15 feet from the sea. A quaint little cottage and well equipped. The parking wasn’t great in April when we were there but it was manageable. Intermediate hike up the hill to the catacombs and the amphitheater was close by. Intermediate walk to Plaka and the shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Place to visit not stay.

Very friendly host checked us in and cozy enough place with everything you need. Location is hard to get to with expensive cabs. There is one restuarant (which is amazing) but no markets or supplies. It's a fun little fishing villiage to go for a seaside walk and dinner.

Wonderful Location!

Excellent location. Walk outside your front door and swim (bring water shoes!) or jump off the dock. Very clean. Well stocked with bottled water, coffee and breakfast crackers. Our hosts were very responsive, came early to let us in the house at 10:30am. Manolis went out of his way to get us a taxi. Make sure you rent a car. Internet worked great! We suggest a couple of suitcase stands (we used the beds in the main area), and a footbath to rinse off the sand to not track it in the house. Paper towels in the kitchen would be nice along with extra bath towels. A few pictures on the walls would make it less stark.

Stay in Klima!

My wife & I had an amazing stay here during our trip to Greece. The location cannot be beat & Manolis was a great host. Has a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Traditional Fisherman House

It’s impossible to beat the location of this rental! It’s right on the beach with a great restaurant close by. The host was very responsive and he met us at check-in and helped carry our bags down the beach to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful experiance

This is a converted boat house that looks out on the water 10 feet from the door. As we live on a lake this was perfect for us. great restaurant 100 meters from door. NIice sunrise and sunset. We would stay here again!

Meilleur spot de Milos

Après avoir pas mal visité l'île, je crois que cet endroit est le meilleur spot : petite plage juste devant (contrairement à la plupart des autres maisons de pêcheurs de Klima beach), bruit de la mer 24/24, tamaris pour l'ombre... Après, c'est très rustique comme location, donc c'est bien quelques jours ! Bref, mes enfants et moi sommes ravis de nos qq jours là-bas !!

Must stay on Klima!

Wonderful location. Breath taking views. Just what we needed. Klima is a special experience. You need to stay here to feel the clock slow down. The waves lull you to sleep. And the ocean calls. From jumping off the end of the dock to hiking up to the catacombs there were many things to do. Or, grab a drink at the local restaurant and sit by the beach. Lovely location, friendly hosts. Perfect.

Adorable boat house right on the ocean

Beautiful boat house in Klima! If you want to wake up and be right on the ocean. This is the place for you. The owners were wonderful and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this house!

Wonderful location

The village and location are charming. We loved being able to step right out the front door to the Aegean Sea. It is rustic but that adds to the charm.

Lieu authentique, emplacement merveilleux

Une ancienne maison de pêcheurs (il l y a encore l'anneau dans le sol pour amarrer le bateau.... ),. à 3m de l'eau, face au soleil couchant, au milieu de la rangée de maisons de toutes les couleurs. Rarement eu emplacement aussi magique. Accueil par Manolis très gentil. Literie ok. Tout cela compense des équipements un peu justes pour le prix (pas assez d'eau chaude pour deux douches même rapides, rideau de douche trop court,.pas assez de vaisselle et pas de micro ondes).

Lovely place, lovely sunsets!

Really great way to be right by the beach from morning to night. Close to a great restaurant, which can fill up with tourists towards sunset. Inside pretty standard, but you probably won't be spending much time hanging out inside anyway ;)

I would return in a heartbeat. Great for families!

Wonderful stay, very relaxing and right on the beach so it was ideal for our daughter during quiet moments at the apartment. The home is well equipped for cooking lunch or dinner. You also have a view of the fabulous sunset so having an aperitivo end of the day was perfection. The home also has a great breeze and there are also more options if needed. Owners are lovely and answered all of our questions.
