Large well equipped property, good value for money

We enjoyed our trip and the house is huge for 4 people and well equipped. We ran out of hot water once or twice so be wary with larger groups. Also we had unseasonable hot weather and cooling the house was difficult. Other than those small things we had a fantastic region to explore including the Gorges l’Ardeche and the many beautiful communities, markets and medieval villages in the area. Kayaking and the caves are a must do.

Hôte d une extreme gentillesse à l écoute.Nous avons passé un bon sejour malgres la chaleur étouffante dans la maison 32 degrés en pleine nuit,dommage qu il n y a pas de climaseur car les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas.Pas de moustiquaire lors de notre sejour donc nous avons été piqué a plusieurs reprises . La propriétaire a su écouter nos remarques, les moustiquaires ont normalement été installé apres notre sejour.

Satisfaite que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour à La Peyrolaise malgré la canicule exceptionnelle qui a perduré tout au long de celui-ci. Habituellement, les brasseurs d'air au plafond et les ventilateurs complémentaires sont suffisants pour limiter cet inconvénient. D'autre part, dommage que les systèmes répulsifs que je vous ai fournis gracieusement n'aient pas pu empêcher des piqures de moustiques qui, eux, apprécient cette chaleur... La pose de moustiquaires aux fenêtres va permettre d'éviter ce désagrément. Dommage, aussi, que j'ai été amenée à constater tardivement que n'ont pas été respectées, à votre départ, mes consignes verbales concernant le tri de vos déchets. Il était bien convenu que les contenants en verre et autres matières ne doivent pas, impérativement, être mélangés aux ordures ménagères. Avant tout par souci écologique mais aussi pour m'éviter un tri final très peu agréable... Nonobstant ceci, merci encore d'avoir choisi de séjourner à la Peyrolaise.

Très belle maison ancienne bien entretenue, nous y avons passé un agréable moment. Merci à notre hôte pour la qualité de l'accueil, nous y reviendrons sûrement si l'occasion se présente de refaire les gorges de l'Ardèche.

Cela se démarque très nettement des avis d'excellence qui nous sont attribués habituellement depuis des années et qui traduisent bien les efforts que nous mettons en oeuvre pour que nos locataires soient satisfaits au mieux. Un accueil chaleureux, un emplacement parfait pour découvrir les alentours ( grottes, château ect) et très calme. La salle de jeux en bas où les enfants se sont éclatés... Bref un endroit à recommander !

Maison au top

Une maison d'une propreté remarquable, très grande, idéale pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis. Très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Le baby foot et la table de ping pong ont bien occupé les enfants de tous âges. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers, avec une hôtesse aux petits soins et très sympathique.. Merci Annie !

Très belle et grande maison.

Très spacieux, 2 sdb récentes et bien équipées. Il y a de tout pour cuisiner, énormément d'accessoires...tout est sur place ! Ping pong , baby-foot , ....au rez-de-chaussée. Grandes chambres... Petit point négatif ( mais en pleine canicule),pas d'air conditionné.. Très beau village calme, à côté de superbes endroits , comme plage au bord de l'Ardèche , plus beaux villages de France,énormément d'activités aux alentours, grottes, accro branche, Pédalo, padel, kayak,..... Propriétaires très très gentils et accueillants. Je recommande

Perfect place

The holiday home was beatiful. Lot of space, also for the children. The wasmachine and dischwasher makes it to a goed stay. The area of saint julien peyrolas is perfect for a Day out. Much to do in the area. We are from Assen the Netherlands and We approciated that the host speak englisch. We recommended this house for everyon. Best regards Family Bakker
