Newly renovated barn with beautiful infinity pool and garden, walk to restaurant

La Stalla is a very new and stylish high quality house created in traditional working farm. You can get to know the animals on the farm and relax round the pool with a fantastic view of the Apuane Mountains. The house has been restored from an old barn. The structure is rustic, and in contrast the furniture is stylish, modern and functional. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the large open plan house. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also available.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with table and loungers and a panoramic view of the dramatic Apuane Mountains.

There is a wood oven and a BBQ in the garden.

The large shared 12x6 metre pool has a wonderful view over the mountains, with incredible sunsets over this unique place.

There is an adventure playground in the garden for the guests to use.

La Stalla shares the pool and other facilities with 1 two bedroom apartment and 2 one bedroom apartments.

Surroundings
There is an excellent family run restaurant in Silico, only a one minute walk from the farm. The village itself is interesting; tiny but with fine buildings and wonderful views. A well known medieval festival is held there during August.

The fascinating medieval village of Silico is a few metres walk, and there are mapped walks all around the village. The village itself has cultural attractions and events throughout the year.

The area of Garfagnana is best known for its wonderful scenery, old fashioned ways, rustic food and outdoor activities.

Additional
-It is possible to by products from the farm ( cheese, salamis, ham, marmalade, chestnut flour, faro, and other preserves.

-We can help arrange mountain biking, hill walking, horse riding, gorge walking and cooking classes which are all available locally.

Prices include bed linen and towels, power, and final cleaning.

During colder periods the use of central heating will be measured and paid directly to the owner.

Beautiful Property in Tuscany Hills!

La Stalla is a beautiful property and suite in Tuscany. Everything was as pictured in the listing and the hosts were very kind when we arrived. Since we visited in September we weren't able to use the pool as it was unheated and too cold to enjoy but it was still nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The property is about a 15 minute drive from town with many hairpin turns but that is also what makes the view so great! Overall, we had a good stay.

Amazing

My family and I have just returned from a most relaxing and fantastic holiday at Il Colletino La Stallas, the views of the surrounding countryside are stunning. If you want a holiday away from it all, then this is the place to be, there are local walks of varying distance starting on the doorstep each encompassing the beautiful countryside. The property is to a high standard and very clean, it included its own dedicated outside and BBQ area with shade for those hot days. The pool was excellent with good sun loungers on which to relax and unwind. The property is ideally placed to visit many places we took advantage of this by visiting Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre and Pisa as well as local towns such as Barga. A great place to escape to and recharge those batteries.

Entspannung und Entschleunigung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es sehr empfehlen , für alle die Ruhe vom Tourismus haben möchten. Die große Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und was sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war jederzeit sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch gab es immer Tipps wo man wann etwas erleben konnte. Wenn etwas gefehlt hat, wurde es zeitnah besorgt. Unser Kleinster hatte ein menge Spaß auf dem Spielplatz und natürlich dem wunderschönen Salzwasserpool. Natürlich waren auch die Tiere (Gänse, Katzenbabys, Hunde, Kaninchen und Meerschweinchen) für ihn ein absolutes Highlight.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Das Objekt ist wunderschön, liegt aber etwas abgelegen. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte und nicht allzu viele Städte besuchen - Lucca ist gut erreichbar - für den ist es die ideale Wahl.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber und lässt keine Wünsche für eine erholsame Zeit offen. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen. Beachtenswert ist die Anreise zu der Wohnung, da die letzten 7-8 km doch sehr kurvig sind und ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit in Anspruch nehmen. Dies muss in der individuellen Urlaubsplanung berücksichtigt werden. Seitens der Unterkunft wird dies ausreichend kommuniziert. Auf der Suche nach einer relaxten Zeit ohne Trubel, würden wir hier jederzeit wieder einen Stopp einlegen.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, toller pool

Die Wohnung la Stalla ist wunderschön, sehr modern eingerichtet, mit phantastischem Blick ins Tal und tadellos sauber. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr sympathisch und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Dorf ist sehr hübsch, es gibt tolle, gut ausgeschilderte Wanderungen durch die schöne Bergwelt. Im Dorf kann man sehr gut essen gehen, auch mit Kindern. Das Erlebnis sollte man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen. Die Küche ist regional, saisonal und sehr köstlich, preislich absolut fair. Der "infinity Pool" direkt am Hang ist phantastisch. Trotz theoretischer Busanbindung des Dorfes braucht man ein Auto. Für Einkäufe muss man - jedenfalls in der Nebensaison - ins Tal. Die Straße hoch nach Sillico ist kurvig und zieht sich, ist aber absolut gut zu befahren und kein Hindernis für eine schöne Zeit in Sillico.

Entspannen und Wohlfühlen in wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage des Objektes mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Berglandschaft des nördlichen Apennin lädt zum Verweilen und entspannen ein. Die Wohnungen sind sehr modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich bietet mit Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Grill, Kegelbahn, Pool, Hühnern, Ziegen und Schafen für jede Altersgruppe die richtige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit. Die Gastfamilie ist äußerst zuvorkommend und die lokalen Angebote und Köstlichkeiten sollte man probieren (kalte Platte mit hausgemachtem Schinken und Käse, hausgemachter Rotwein, traditioneller Pizzaabend). Der Lage geschuldet sei darauf hingewiesen, dass bei der Anfahrt oder bei Tagesausflügen mit ein paar Serpentinen zu rechnen ist ;) wodurch ein Sandstrand mindestens 1,5 Fahrstunden entfernt ist. Der 10 tägige Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, es gibt am Objekt nichts zu kritisieren.

Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht

Die Wohnung ist groß, neu und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren zwei Familien Mit insgesamt 7 Personen. Durch die Aufteilung und die drei Bäder hat das super gepasst. Toller Pool mit phantastischer Aussicht, schöner Spielplatz und Hühner und Hasen zum Füttern. Unsere Kinder waren sehr glücklich und wir so auch. Einzig negatives vielleicht die abgelegene Lage aber dafür traumhaft ruhig

Geweldige plek!

Een heerlijke plek. Mooie schone accommodatie en hele lieve eigenaren. Waanzinnig uitzicht, leuk speeltuintje recht voor de deur. Heerlijk restaurant 200m verderop en prachtige wandelroutes in de omgeving. Enige nadeel is dat er heel veel vliegen zijn die ondanks de horren voor de ramen via de voordeur binnen komen. Een absolute aanrader deze plek, zeker ook met kinderen. Wij komen graag terug.

Danke..es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Mauricio ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Eure Überraschung war super lecker. Brunos Wein sehr schmackhaft. Die umgebaute Scheune ist sehr hoher Standart und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

Enchanted

I cannot find the words to express how very unique this property is. We rarely go to a place twice, but I would come here every summer!! I would advise a car, but it is not mandatory if you do not want to leave the mountain. There is a little restaurant that opens at 7:00pm as well as an adjoining cafe and small grocery store that open at 7:30am about 100 meters away. There is also a bus that runs once or twice a day. The owners are so gracious; we were given fresh eggs and garden treats free of charge, we just had to ask. The perfect place to completely detox. Thank you Maurizio and Laura for the magical vacation!!

Toplocatie in de Garafagnana om heerlijk tot rust te komen en te genieten van het echte Italië .

La Stalla, prachtige beneden verdieping van een verbouwde schuur. Voorzien van alle luxe en met een inrichting die volledig in balans is. Tot s’avonds laat heerlijk buiten zitten en luisteren naar de Krekels, kijkend naar de sterren met een lekkere wijn. De Infinity pool is prachtig en in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Bruno en Nadia zijn prima gastheer en vrouw en als het Italiaans wat lastig is, helpt een app naar zoon Mauricio en worden zaken snel geregeld. Taglieri van eigen boerderij wordt met liefde tegen lage prijs klaar gemaakt. Dit is een plek om naar terug te willen komen en waarvan je vooral hoopt, dat niet iedereen deze enigszins afgelegen Oase ook kan vinden.
