The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances needed for a party of 10 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room for all your supplies. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

In the summer it is the ideal base for nature walks and mountain bike tours in the immediate area, as well as for trips to nearby towns and lakes. In the winter, the ski resorts of Innerkrems and Katschberg are only 20 minutes away.
The artists' town of Gmünd, with shops, banks, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor, is 15 minutes away by car. A bus stop is 1 km away. The A10 motorway (Tauern Autobahn) is a 20-minute drive away.
The airports of Salzburg and Klagenfurt can be reached in an hour and a half.
