It has a wood oven, which was for years the community of the village. It has capacity for several people and all amenities, having been the residence and main permanent residence of its owners. It has several points of interest nearby, namely Serra da Estrela Ice Rinks, Caldas da Felgueira Thermal Spa and Alcafache; River beaches of Mondego; Cities with points of interest of interest and cultural entertainment such as Viseu. Just over an hour from the border, from Coimbra and Aveiro.
The house has ample social spaces, such as a large kitchen with a fireplace; large lounge / dining room with table for 10 people and living room with fireplace; fenced interior patio ideal for children to play; oven house and outdoor grill; outdoor garden with dining table on the street; small yard / vegetable garden; possibility of installing an inflatable children's pool in the garden (prior request is recommended).
