The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: cutlery, crockery, utensils, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave, as well as a washing machine and iron for greater convenience.



Located on a spacious plot of 8,000 m2, the property has a refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers and shade, ideal for enjoying good weather. It also features a barbecue area for unforgettable moments with family or friends. For those travelling by car, there is covered space for up to 4 vehicles.
