Group: 2 Adults, 2 Young Children (ages 2 and 6)The property looks wonderful in photos, but our stay was very disappointing. Language barriers caused frequent misunderstandings and stress.Key Issues:Unauthorized Extra Charges: Despite AC being listed as included, the host demanded 15/day upon arrival. VRBO refunded us, but only notified us on departure day, leaving us feeling misled throughout our stay.Cleanliness: Initial cleanliness was unacceptable: cobwebs, dust balls reflecting improper vacuuming, and feces left in the toilet from a previous guest. To their credit, it was thoroughly recleaned after we complained.Housekeeping: Our room went unserviced for three days. Leaving the bin and towels outside our door resulted in a note stating items couldn't be left in the hall, Pool Limits: The 11:00 AM opening time was only disclosed at check-in. For early-rising toddlers, this restriction made it practically unusable. It should be listed beforehand.Bedding Fee: After spot-treating a minor stain which my wife spent an hour spot-cleaning for easy washing (mattress untouched), we were charged for new sheets. The confrontation was very uncomfortable.Breakfast: Pastries were stale for days, and we found hair in a homemade dish. A smaller, fresher selection would be much better.Dogs: Owners 4 dogs were barking constantly.Wifi: Useless due to poor performance and range not reaching up into our room. Had to up my 5G data to cover our needs.

Dama Bianca is a family-run B&B, not a hotel, so daily room tidying is not included. Please find our clarification on the points raised below:
Language: My son and husband speak excellent English. We also use translation apps. No misunderstandings occurred.
Air Conditioning: This is an extra service and not included in the base price, as clearly stated in the listing. The guest paid €79.20 for A/C and €20.80 in tourist tax. VRBO has already issued a refund regarding this.
Cleaning: Although not required daily, I personally went in every day to empty the bins and tidy up. On the second night, the child wet the bed and the mattress; I changed everything promptly, even though the guests failed to notify reception. I only left a written note when trash and dirty towels were left abandoned in the common corridor.
Swimming Pool: Open from 11:00 AM until late at night, as indicated in all languages. At 7:00 AM, the cleaning robot runs; they could have simply asked us to turn it off, but they left every morning.
Extra Courtesy: We replaced the towels free of charge. I even machine-washed a tracksuit that had been left soaking in the bidet and smelled awful, without asking for any extra payment.
Breakfast: Fresh products prepared by myself, waking up at 5:00 AM. The guests clearly appreciated the food.
Dogs: The presence of our dogs is clearly mentioned in the listing.
