About this property

LITTLE HOUSE BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW with HEATED POOL

The house is located in Belle-Ile-en-Mer in a small holiday resort, quiet, built in 1998 in the style of the Belle-Ile longhouse villages, very well maintained, large private garden, heated pool, parking; in the heart of the town of Locmaria, 100 m of small food shops and 250 meters from the sandy beach of Port Maria, 2 kms from 'Great sands' largest sandy beach of Belle Island where there is a sailing school, especially for children; Many other beaches and hikes and sights to see.

The houses are located on the cliff overlooking the sea, behind the scrub, and are surrounded by greenery.

Locmaria since it is easy to spread by car, bike or foot from coastal paths passing nearby. You can find nearby farm products.

Our little house in joint ownership is equipped for 4 / 5personnes with ground floor and first floor.

The ground floor comprises:
- An entrance with staircase leading upstairs and WC,
- A living room with kitchenette (including dishwasher and washing machine), table for five people, two sofa beds and a trundle bed, coffee table, TV - SE oriented terrace with garden furniture, facing the sea and overlooking the great lawn directly accessible.

Upstairs:
- Landing with small dresser,
- Bedroom with 140 bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, possibility folding cot on request. (Linen supplied beds)
- Bathroom with tub / shower and sink.

The heated and well fenced swimming pool is available from around Easter to late September.
The animals may be authorized but must be leashed in the residence.

If not possible to rent a car, a motorcycle, or bicycle on the island or travel by taxi or bus.

Bonjour, Acceuil très chaleureux, maison très bien située à Locmaria et très bien équipé et propre. (Une télévision plus moderne serait bien venue) mais ce n'était pas le but de notre voyage.En plus sur la terrasse de la maison, aucun vis à vis, c'est très appréciable et la piscine à 26 et un délice.Je le recommande.

La résidence Marie Galante à Belle Île en 🌊

Vacances reposantes, commerces à proximité. Plages nombreuses et villages sympas à découvrir ... Les habitants sont très gentils et rendant services. Anita nous a accueillie avec une bonne humeur communicative...nous l'avons rencontrée souvent pendant notre séjour en faisant une petite parlotte... Nous reviendrons et des amis sont déjà intéressés. Au plaisir de revoir Belle Île en Mer.

Superbe séjour à Locmaria

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette charmante maison au sein d'une résidence avec piscine chauffée. Au mois de mai, une occasion idéale pour découvrir toute l'île, même en voiture. De très beaux paysages qui restent gravés dans nos mémoires.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez vous à Locmaria. La location est très bien équipée, suffisamment grande (nous étions 4) et nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anita, facilement joignable pour notre arrivée et notre départ. La résidence est très bien située ce qui facilite les choses quand on n’a pas de voiture 🙂 Épicerie, location de vélo, plage à proximité et sentier côtier…c’était parfait.

Wunderbarer entspannender Aufenthalt

Mittlerer Hausanteil mit Terrasse, Blick von der Terrasse auf den Atlantik, sehr ruhig, kurzer Fußweg zum Atlantikstrand. Bäcker, kleiner Spar-Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, ca. 3Minuten entfernt, mittwochs Markttag beim Spar, 2 Restaurants, eine Creperie und eine Austernbar, alles vor der Tür, eine Bar von morgens bis abends mit Kaffee, Bier und Wein (gleichzeitig ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen) 2 Minuten entfernt Weitere Restaurants in Le Palais und Sauzon, sowie schöne Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Viele schöne Wanderwege (an richtiges Schuhwerk denken), toller Golfplatz mit wunderschönem Ausblick Kostenloser Parkplatz nahe beim Haus Kein WLAN

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist zufriedenstellend. Das Haus selbst könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.

Très bon logement dans résidence très calme.

Très bon séjour. Vue sur la mer superbe et en plus météo au beau fixe qui nous a permis de découvrir les splendeurs de Belle Île..Magnifiques randonnées autour de l'île avec peu de monde sur les chemins..Volontiers je conseille cette location en plus à l'écart de la foule de Le Palais qui incite au repos .

Superbe location à Locmaria !

Très agréable location, très confortable, rien ne manque ! L’endroit est très calme, avec une superbe vue sur la mer sans vis à vis. L’accueil par Anita a été très chaleureux. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Belle île ! Seul bémol la moquette à l’étage qui m’a occasionné des allergies.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence. l'appartement est très agréable et très fonctionnel. Nous le conseillons. Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce logement. lorsque vous rentrez de randonnée ou autre vous avez tous à proximité, superette, boulangerie, resto, créperie, dégustation et éventuellement repas fruits de mer. en fait rien à redire. et le bonus nous avons une piscine chauffée.
