New kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster, crockery, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue.

Bathroom with bath, towels, hair dryer.

Living room: 1 convertible sofa bed 140 x 190 cm (2 places), 1 double bed bunk in an alcove separated by a curtain (2 beds of 140x190 cm) allowing 4 beds adults or children.

Other remarks

IMPORTANT

• On your arrival on Saturday (from noon): Consult the inventory sheet of the studio, report any inconvenience you might encounter caused by the previous tenant (degradations, theft, household bacle, bins not discarded).

• Departure on Saturday before 10am having taken care to clean, empty the trash, stop the electric heater.

At your disposal :

- 3 duvets and 6 pillows
- Kettle
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, pots, pans, raclette and fondue ...)
- Hairdryer, iron.
- and the inevitable Scrabble ...

To provide :

- Sheets, duvet covers (3 beds 140x190), pillowcases
- Towels
- NESPRESSO coffee pods (or compatible)
- Tea towel, toilet papers, dishwasher tablets.

RETURN THE KEYS:

15 days before your departure, I send you the keys of the studio in letter followed to your postal address.

After your departure, you must send me back the keys as soon as possible in a bubble envelope in letter followed to the address:
