About this property

Lovely large house in an acre of land with private pool and parking.

This is our second home, it is in a beautiful part of the Dordogne. A perfect base for exploring the beautiful local villages, castles, chateauxs etc. Lots of things to do with the family, visiting the gorgeous lakes to swim with restaurants or take a picnic, canoeing, tree climbing, bike riding etc. Indoors we have a slate bed 7x4 pool table and table tennis table. We have a book recommending our favourite restaurants and villages etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Such a special holiday

We stayed here for 5 nights in the August and had a wonderful holiday (and a very special birthday). Tonya was so helpful from start to finish - always available to answer any questions, no matter how small. The house felt like our home straight away and blew us away on arrival as it’s even more beautiful and spacious than we had expected. Huge amount of board games and garden games as well as inflatables. More than anything we loved the pool, the wonderfully peaceful surrounds and enjoying the tranquility of the terrace and garden whilst having a coffee or a bbq. The pool table was an amazing addition to the beautiful and spacious home. We also enjoyed spending time in the pretty village by the river where we had some drinks in the sports cafe and had a bit of fun on the lottery. We were sad when our holiday was over and would love to stay again.

Big house with an excellent pool

This is a big house with a lovely pool. Lots of entertainment possibilities in the house (snooker/table tennis/games) near nice small village Corgnac-sur-l'isle. Velotrain in front of the door. Lots of hiking trails close by. Good kitchen and two nice bathrooms. Huge second floor hall with bedrooms and bathroom (one downstairs). Nice terras next to the house with lounge furniture which is in the shades in the afternoon.

Spectacular and spacious house with a brilliant outside area.

The property is excellently located for local markets, activities and restaurants. We loved how spacious the house was and really enjoyed using the fantastic outside space and swimming pool. The host was very helpful with some great ideas for activities and local restaurants! We had a brilliant time and would happily return to the property!
