Very cute and close to everything

It’s close to the park, hikes and deschutes trail (my favorite part). The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The condo is nicely furnished and appointed. We didn't want for anything. Gail, the owner, was always responsive usually within 1-2 hours. The best recommendation I can give is to say we would stay there again.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was so clean and organized! The owner thought of everything. It was very well stocked and the owner was extremly nice, great communication! We had a nice BBQ & visiting with my kids, grandkids & great grandkids that live in the Bend area. We will definatly be back! Thank you so much!!

Great Location, Clean, and Comfortable

This condo was really clean and comfortable and the location was really easy to get everywhere in Bend. We stayed here for a concert at Hayden Homes and it was a great spot. It mentions it in the listing but condo isn’t well insulated so the upstairs neighbors sounded incredibly loud at 5am and I think they were just walking around normally. Just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.

Pros: Recently remodeled, well appointed and furnished, new furniture, comfy bed. Everything appeared to be brand new. Great value, especially for the location and proximity to downtown and parks. Gated access for additional privacy. Quiet complex. We weren't at the condo too much over the weekend - in town for a wedding, but enjoyed the quiet condo and location - met our needs perfectly. Proactive communication prior to arrival, a check-in text during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed, good communication after exit about deposit return. Gail was great to work with. Great directions and helpful hints in the notebook upon arrival. Nice park-like setting, adjacent to Pioneer Park. Heated pool was really nice. Cons: For a beautifully remodeled space, there was still dated carpet and linoleum (90's look; but very clean), squeaky floor in some spots. Of note: The condo appears to have been a motel building that was converted into condo units so the bedroom as well as the living room have entry/exit doors to the outside walkway. While this wasn't what we were expecting (upon booking we were thinking it was more of a traditional residential condo space), it didn't bother us because the place was so great in so many other ways.

Comfortable, quiet stay

I stayed here with 3 friends for my bachelorette weekend and it was PERFECT. I didn't want a crazy weekend, just a fun one, and we loved returning to this comfy condo! It's situated in a park-like area and we couldn't believe how quiet it was. We walked to Looney Bean of Bend for coffee, and everything else we wanted was less than a 10-minute drive away. Great location, easy communication with Gail, plenty of blankets/pillows/towels, and altogether a wonderful place for a great weekend.

Great service

Nice condo with wonderful property manager. Gail went out of her way to have the unit ready early for us so that we could refresh before a funeral after a long drive. Her efforts made a difficult trip much easier.

Clean and convenient

We were in Bend for a family wedding. The condo was very much as advertised and working with Gail was so easy. She always answered my questions and directions were very easy to understand and follow. The location worked well for us and was close to everything we needed. The walk along the river was beautiful. Would love to go back when there was more time to enjoy the area.

Condo was the cleanest one we’ve stayed in this trip.

We would definitely stay here again. All amenities were there and in good repair. Second floor was noisy when people walk around and drop things but that was usually only a couple of hours evenings and tolerable. The view from two decks was very nice and relaxing. If TV is your number one amenity, you might not be happy. We found TV s complicated but end up ok. Best amenity for us was the Manger Gail. Always available and pleasant to work with. Bend is a busy, expensive place so this was definitely a good place to stay.

I manage this unit for the owner. Resident of Bend since 1992. Have seen a lot of change to this small town but still marvel at how blessed I am to live here in Central Oregon. I love that the mountains, desert, rivers and lakes are all within a 30 minute drive.

Why they chose this property

One Word--- Access ! Convenient to downtown with it's shopping, restaurants, breweries and live music. Drake Park and Pioneer Park are lovely parks within walking distance. A few minutes to hop on the Parkway and head north to Smith Rock, Sisters, or south to Sunriver or the High Desert Museum.
The condo has lovely grounds and is adjacent to the Pioneer Park and Deschutes River with it's miles of walking trails and mountain vistas.

What makes this property unique

In minutes you can be downtown or walking through magestic tall Ponderosa pines in Shevlin Park, standing atop Pilot Butte with hundred mile Cascade Vistas, paddling down the Deschutes river, hiking amongst ancient Juniper in the Badlands and skiing Mt Bachelor. And then at the end of the day there's world class restaurants and breweries and live music aplenty.
