Luxury spacious private villa with own pool situated on a lovely, well maintained gated community, ideally situated for Walt Disney World. It is only 30 mins from Universal Studios and Sea World). Should you wish to visit the coast, you are approx 1 hour from either coast. It is close to a supermarket and other shops, as well as having several golf courses within a 10 minute drive. Its own electrically heated, kidney shaped swimming pool with extended pool deck faces west, and with open aspect at the rear affords a great view of the lovely Floridian sunset.The community has it s own clubhouse which has a communal pool, a gym, reading room and Wifi internet access (all of which are free for our guests).

Not clean

The house was not clean when we arrived. We contacted the owner. The property manager came to "fix" the issues, however it was not cleaned enough to allow us to utilize the kitchen, pool or the entire house. We ended up eating out for every meal and had yo hand wash clothing since I refused to use the washer or dryer. It was not an enjoyable trip and we ended up leaving earier than expected to go home.

Great place to stay!

Comfortable beds, clean property, friendly neighborhood, and responsive host. Had a great time staying here and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax.

Stunning house

Overall the property was just exactly what i needed for my family. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool, which by the way it was so clean. I give this property a 10 out of 10.

Peaceful

Property is just as listed. Pool was nice and warm, kids enjoyed it. Nice bug spaces for the family to hang out. Would rent this space again for sure.

Great place to stay!

This home had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great pool with lots of patio furniture. Kitchen is well-equipped but could definitely use a new toaster....although it does work:) With a little decor update it would be perfect;) Quiet, lovely neighborhood

Nice getway

Yvonne was so nice to work with- Julie and greg were amazing house mangers. The house is much larger than I expected. I was able to work in the front living room while my family and grands enjoyed the pool and kitchen/den area. Nice owners. Furniture could be updated but it wasn't a bother to us.

Lovely home!

The house was as listed, very spacious, clean, had all the amenities you need and a fantastic pool! A little further away from the busy Orlando attractions so very quiet neighbourhood and no traffic issues. The host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. I would recommend this property for sure as we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable holiday

Clean and tidy property. Good location for access to Disney and surrounding area. Ample space next to the pool for the 2 of us to relax and the sun umbrella was very useful.

Nice vacation with a gorgeous house

It was a very nice spacious house enough room and I loved seeing the pool in the back. My son and I loved it. The neighborhood was really quiet which I loved. If anyone is on vacation and needs somewhere to stay I would recommend this house. Other than anything else it was a good property and I would like to come back again.

Yvonne us so quick to respond ! House had so many extras, like rain ponchos! The week we went it rained everyday! So the ponchos sure helped us out! The house was very clean! Beds very comfortable! Beautiful amazing home!

Great Experience

This property was exactly what we thought it would be! The aunt spray they leave for you definitely comes in handy, but it’s Florida so I don’t expect any different! We will totally stay here again in the future! The kids also loved the space, pool, and ping pong table! ❤️ Convenient to local stores as well! Could go just about anywhere needed in 15 minutes, even a little town square type thing 15 minutes away! We also recommend when you stay to check out the locally owned Minch coffee house!

Perfect Week Getaway

Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It was in a quiet little gated community. The pool was the perfect size for the family. I had to contact the Property Manager a couple of times for some small issues. They responded quickly and addressed our concerns/issues immediately. It was close enough to Disney Resorts, but far enough away that you weren’t dealing with all the crowds. I would definitely recommend this hous.

Safe neighborhood and Beautiful family House , Great Pool .

The house is beautiful and big, the directions to get there are easy, it is a gated community and I liked that, the house has 2 rooms with private bathrooms, and two rooms share another bathroom, which was excellent because we were 2 families, I I was in the main room, with a beautiful master bathroom, very clean, large, and I also liked the walking closet .. the house has two living rooms, two dining rooms, it has everything to cook, we went to a grocery store that was less than 5 minutes from there .. we buy few things for breakfast .. we buy water, we buy shampoo, personal things etc. and we had many fast food restaurants nearby, I felt very safe in all those days, I was there for a week. Some neighbors doing exercises in the morning, everything was very clean .. the house was clean .. I had no problems at all, dishwasher was new, we went to all the Disney World parks, they were 25 to 35 minutes away, not bad. . The beach is about an hour and 15 minutes, by the way ... the house had beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for the beach and they were very useful, it also has toys for the pool, my little nephew loved them .. the pool was hot And after being on the day out in the parks the warm water helped us relax, it also has a washing machine and dryer, my children loved the ping pong table. The house has many towels, I liked that.. We were 8 in total, and it was perfect for two families, my kids were 14,18 and 24 years old and my nephew is 8 years old. The ownner was amazing, we were in contact through email and the app . I will definitely stay in this house again when I return to Orlando. Im from California btw! ;) I will give this house 10 stars! You will be happy staying here..
