The house was great overall. I have been to many rentals that say “basic soaps” and it includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash or bar soaps & hand soaps. This was not the case here. Other than that, it was very clean, roomy and the pool was an excellent addition to this vacation.

Hi Heather - Sorry you were disappointed that we did not supply Shampoo etc - we just supply soap. We have found in the past that people prefer their own brand shampoo and conditioner and when it was supplied it was not used. Glad, however that you enjoyed the house and the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed having a private pool to be able to use without a car trip. The beds were comfortable and it was great having all the amenities of a house to enjoy. There were laundry facilities, cooking utensils, and even a dishwasher to make everything convenient. We will cherish our memories of our time together as a family and would definitely come back to this property.

What an incredible place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The property was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home truly felt like a home away from home. After busy days exploring and enjoying our trip, coming back here was something we genuinely looked forward to. The space was welcoming, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a great experience for guests.Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, the home was exactly as described, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. It was the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and can simply relax and enjoy your vacation.Yvonne was wonderful to work with and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and care that went into making the property such a wonderful place to stay.We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. This is easily one of those places you leave wishing you could stay a little longer. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!

This home had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great pool with lots of patio furniture. Kitchen is well-equipped but could definitely use a new toaster....although it does work:) With a little decor update it would be perfect;) Quiet, lovely neighborhood

Nice vacation with a gorgeous house

It was a very nice spacious house enough room and I loved seeing the pool in the back. My son and I loved it. The neighborhood was really quiet which I loved. If anyone is on vacation and needs somewhere to stay I would recommend this house. Other than anything else it was a good property and I would like to come back again.

Yvonne was so nice to work with- Julie and greg were amazing house mangers. The house is much larger than I expected. I was able to work in the front living room while my family and grands enjoyed the pool and kitchen/den area. Nice owners. Furniture could be updated but it wasn't a bother to us.

Great Experience

This property was exactly what we thought it would be! The aunt spray they leave for you definitely comes in handy, but it’s Florida so I don’t expect any different! We will totally stay here again in the future! The kids also loved the space, pool, and ping pong table! ❤️ Convenient to local stores as well! Could go just about anywhere needed in 15 minutes, even a little town square type thing 15 minutes away! We also recommend when you stay to check out the locally owned Minch coffee house!

Not clean

The house was not clean when we arrived. We contacted the owner. The property manager came to "fix" the issues, however it was not cleaned enough to allow us to utilize the kitchen, pool or the entire house. We ended up eating out for every meal and had yo hand wash clothing since I refused to use the washer or dryer. It was not an enjoyable trip and we ended up leaving earier than expected to go home.

I realise that you were upset that a wastepaper bin in one of the bedrooms had not been emptied as it should have been. You received an immediate apology and the management company came immediately and emptied it. They also picked up the crumb that you had found. However at no time were issues regarding the pool, washing machine, dryer or cooking facilities raised by you. If you were so unhappy then we would have given a refund and you could have left immediately. However, I suspect that your comments would not be so spurious, exaggerated or vitriolic if you were not faced with a claim for damage to the property.
