7 out of 5 stars. Super spectacular home and the hosts were wonderful and extremely accomodating. We had family in town from all over the country for a funeral. Many who had never met. Lifetime memories were forged and a lot of it had to do with the quality of the home and the uplifting spirit of the hosts. We will be recommending this property to everyone. I just can't say enough nice things about our hosts and their beautiful home! Thanks guys! It was AWESOME!

It was easy to arrange the stay and the host was very friendly and full of helpful information over the phone. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated having a separate living room and a family room for when someone wanted to watch a different tv show or wanted quiet to be able to read. The "family room" was well stocked w/games, books and activities for kids. Two of the bdrms had large comfortable king beds. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and eating! The location was convenient and it was in a nice neighborhood. You will get some exercise going up the steps from the street! All in all we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the host.

We truly enjoyed our escape from the valley heat to this cute little home above the trees! Charming decor with very comfortable furniture and beds (so important!), it was perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway. There were only 2 of us and our pup, but there’s an extra large, separate family room if needed that’s just perfect for movie nights! There are 2 large TVs which is very thoughtful. The bathrooms are updated from the photos. The home was very clean throughout, including the interior of the fridge, inside cabinets and appliances, which is so appreciated! We loved opening the windows and enjoying the breezes, birds chirping, and the tree top and mountain views! At night the city lights just sparkle in the hills against the dark sky. It rained the entire time we were there - and we didn’t mind! - but the last morning we were able to sit outside in the lovely, private backyard for breakfast and then take a long walk before heading back down to the valley heat. It’s the little things that make the difference! There are enough chairs outside in the backyard and in the front to find your quiet, relaxing spot! The home is in an ideal location in a quiet and lovely neighborhood with trees, just perfect for walks, yet super close to downtown and all the restaurants, stores and events. It was incredibly quiet at night and we slept comfortably through the nights. The hosts were incredibly responsive to us and at the last minute accommodated us for an extra night! Stay!

The Tree Top House is owned by our family - grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren - who live in the Valley (Scottsdale). We have been visiting Prescott for many years, often for week-long stays in vacation rentals. This year, we decided it was time for a place of our own! Since we work in the Valley and can't be in Prescott as often as we would like, we would like to share our beautiful home with guests, so they too can experience the wonderful town of Prescott and create fantastic new memories that last a lifetime!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We have always enjoyed staying in vacation rentals close the town square - where people gather for festivals, concerts and parades. We've also enjoyed being only a short drive from the lakes, hiking, shopping and all that Prescott offers. The house hunting was very casual, waiting for the right one to appear and on Super Bowl weekend of 2016 this "turquoise house" on a hill became available. It was in the exact neighborhood we all loved! The home felt like it could be a "good fit" for our family and also to share with others. The house was lovingly maintained through the years, but we saw great potential and wanted to create a modern but inviting and comfortable HOME to enjoy together. We named it the Tree Top House for its ASTOUNDING VIEWS - which are magnificent from nearly every window! We hope to go out of our way to make you love this house and have it become you Home Away from Home in Prescott.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Sit on the cozy front porch, looking out over the tree tops to the mountains will make your heart sing. Open the blinds and drapes in the living and family room and it feels as it you're a million miles away from town. The home is complete and we are committed to providing you and your family with a beautifully furnished and well-appointed vacation rental - where you can truly RELAX and be comfortable THE HOME DOES SIT HIGH ON THE LOT AND THE DRIVEWAY IS STEEP - but there is plenty of space to park along the street - either in front or around back.
