This lovely apartments is situated in the popular and renowned Santa Maria Apart-hotel in San Eugenio, Costa Adeje.

• It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and La Pinta beach.
• Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports. You can get boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins, scuba dive, boat fishing and plenty more.
• Aqua Park and Siam Theme Park are just a short taxi ride or 15 minutes’ walk.
• The complex is a very popular family resort and has 24 hour reception with security.
• 3 Swimming Pools (heated, Jacuzzi and children’s) with lifeguards.
• Hair Salon on the hotel complex
• 2 minutes’ walk to great bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

** Please also note that there is currently a restriction of hotel facilities at Santa Maria. Guests staying in privately owned apartments are not allowed to use all hotel facilities except the swimming pools and the loungers. However, they are free to consume their own food and drinks in the pool area. If they have children with them, they can join the kids club and all activities around the pool as normal. There is also an Irish bar on the lower ground floor which opens to the public in the evening which provides drinks and light entertainment.

Second time we have stayed in this apartment, close to shops, beach etc, all the comforts of home including a washing machine which is a bonus. Would definitely book again next time we go to this resort. Katherine was very helpful and check in details easy to understand.

Our stay at this property was really good, apartment was well equipped even had a washing machine with a rapid wash. It was compfortly furnished and had a lovely view from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. It also had patio doors from the living area and the bedroom too. Very central to restaurants and shops, with the facilities of the hotel available also, loved our stay here and would love to stay here again.

My holiday

The apartment was clean and welcoming with a lovley view. The area was lively but all music ceased at midnight. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

When we got to apartment reception staff rude as we weren't booked through hotel got in room bit dated needs new mattress on one of beds musty smell as we walked in but got air freshener from supermarket sorted that out apartment location good just a few things needs updating

Room is very dated and needs an upgrade. A couple of quid spent here and there would improve the stay. Even a new shower head would be good. It does the job a place to sleep

The propert had everything we needed but the washing machine didn't work. I contacted the owner who replied straihht away and arranged for someone to look at it, unfortunately it couldnt be fixed and a new one was ordered which would be coming a couple of days after our stay. None the less, our stay was very enjoyable and communication with the owner was excellent.

Only one thing missing!

The apartment is located very centrally and close to all amenities in the Santa Maria aparthotel. Communication with the provider prior to and during our stay was 100% satisfactory. The decor is traditional and reasonably comfortable with adequately stocked with kitchen utensils and crockery. On the less good side, we found the sofa quite uncomfortable to sit on (we didn't need to use it much anyway, so not really a problem). However, the one thing missing was the lack of sun on the balcony due to the location on the North-west side of the building. We knew before we booked that there would be limited sunshine, however during our 2 weeks in March, despite 14 days of sunshine, none of it came near the balcony of this apartment.

Family holiday

First time I have stayed in this apartment. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. Home from home. Lots of bars and resturants to chose from and friendly bar Place2B just as you leave the complex is great place to start. Will stay here again if available on our next visit.

Excellently located apartment with a lovely heated pool

Katherine was great at communicating with us and very kindly offered us a later check-out when we were caught up in the Coronavirus flight cancellations and could not leave until later in the day. Although in lockdown, this kindness was a huge relief. The apartment had all the essentials. We didn't use the microwave, hob or small oven as there was an abundance of restaurants on the doorstep and seafront (5 min walk away). The shower above the bath was good and powerful. The pool is a huge attraction - it was heated and large with plenty of sun loungers available. The location is excellent as it is near lots of restaurants and bars, a good supermarket is at the end of the drive and the seafront is 5 mins walk along a wide pedestrianised walkway. It would have been nice to have a full roll of toilet paper to start our 10 day stay, as we ended up arriving at 9.30 at night. We mainly sat outside on the balcony which has a lovely sea view but there is an occasional drainsy smell which rises up. We were a couple staying and so did not need the additional sofabed aspect, however, it is quite uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa for reading as you can feel the springs. We solved this when we were on lockdown, by using the folded pale blue blankets in the bedroom wardrobe as additional cushioning. We point these aspects out only for accuracy which may be important to some guests's enjoyment. Overall we would definitely stay here again as there is so much which is good about the apartment and it is very good value. Thank you Katherine.
