La villa se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de Moraira y de todas sus comodidades, incluida una hermosa playa de arena y muchos bares y restaurantes. El supermercado está a solo 7 minutos a pie, por lo que el automóvil no es esencial.

La casa se distribuye en 3 niveles.
En el primer piso hay una gran sala de estar y cocina abierta. Totalmente equipado con cafetera, microondas, procesador de alimentos y placa de inducción y lavavajillas.
Un gran ventanal ofrece vistas espectaculares al valle, a la ciudad de Moraira y al mar a lo lejos.
Amueblado con un alto estándar, incluye un televisor 4K HD con todos los canales del cielo, estufa de leña y cómodos asientos, además de un escritorio con PC y acceso a internet.

En la planta baja hay 4 dormitorios grandes, 1 cama king size, baño con ducha y 3 dormitorios adicionales que se pueden hacer como gemelos o super reyes, según sea necesario. Hay otros 2 baños en este nivel uno con baño completo y un baño con ducha.

En la planta baja hay un apartamento separado, con su propia sala de estar, 55kHDTV de 55 ”y Xbox one con FIFA 18. Cocina americana con cafetera, tostadora, microondas y nevera, además de 2 dormitorios más. 1 King y 1 pequeña doble / doble. También hay un baño con ducha.

También hay una pequeña terraza en la azotea en la parte superior de la villa que tiene una buena vista del mar y sus alrededores.

En el exterior hay una gran piscina con zona separada para niños pequeños, que se puede calentar por un suplemento.
También hay un WC y ducha al aire libre. Se proporcionan toallas de piscina / playa.
Hay una gran terraza con piscina con 12 tumbonas y una cocina de verano con lavavajillas, frigorífico americano, barbacoa de gas, TV con cielo, etc., y cuenta con un horno de leña para pizzas.

Hay varias otras áreas de descanso que incluyen una zona de descanso, naya sombreada y terraza en la azotea, todas con vistas al mar.
Una sala de juegos cuenta con una mesa de billar, futbolín y tablero de dardos, y también hay una mesa de ping-pong y canchas de waterpolo para mantener a todos entretenidos.

La ropa de cama y toallas son provistas. El paquete de bienvenida provisto para su llegada incluye pan, agua, leche, huevos, jamón, y la cocina tiene artículos básicos de despensa para su uso. Los supermercados están muy cerca y tienen muchas opciones y muchas marcas inglesas y hay un supermercado inglés en la ciudad de Moraira para todos los que no pueden faltar.
El mercado de los viernes es excelente para frutas y verduras y está a poca distancia a pie de la villa.

Fantastic villa. Facilities were excellent particularly the pool and lovely garden. Great location , walking distance to the beach and lots of great bars and restaurants. Check in procedures seamless and villa info was very clear. We had a truly relaxing family holiday.

Great stay, lovely villa and ideal location

The villa is perfect for a large group and has all the amenities you need whilst on holiday, the local town is also great with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hosts are also really friendly and happy to help with queries.

Beautiful villa in fantastic location

A beautiful villa with every luxury you could possibly need. Set in a quiet location within walking distance of vibrant Moraira town with a great buzz and lots of places to eat and drink. Loved the whole holiday and will definitely be back.

Wonderful family week

The villa was fabulous!! Spotless and fully equipped. All of us had a wonderful week with superb air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of space and we all had a wonderful time.

Everything you could want!

We had two wonderful weeks at this lovely villa. On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and lived up to all our expectations The pool area is huge and easily accommodated our two large families. The outdoor kitchen and toilet/shower were a real bonus. I would unreservedly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Moraira.

Fantastic Villa

Wonderful property perfect for our large family and with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. Large pool and poolside area with pool games and floatables provided, bbq area beside pool and separate darts, table football, table tennis and pool table. Absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out, everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. Short 15 minute flat walk to the supermarket, town and beach for provisions. Superb hosts and house keeper with a warm welcome making our stay relaxing from the very start.

Amazing family vacation

We stayed for a week with our family of 9 at this villa. We felt very welcome thanks to the kind messages before arrival and the warm welcome by Helen and Rick. Also during the week, they were very attentive and responsive for anything we needed. The house is incredible, perfect location, amazing views and wonderful outdoor space. All amenities are up to high standards, and everything is extremely well maintained. We could easily walk to Moraira, to restaurants and the beach. Overall highly recommend this villa!

Amazing

Had a fantastic holiday in this villa, just perfect. Saving up for another. Villa was ideal for us all with grand kids and sons and daughters. If anything was wrong, which was very rare, it was sorted quickly. We had the pool heated and glad we did, this was cleaned often. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas family break

We spent 2 1/2 weeks at the villa with family and friends , ages ranging from 1 year old - 75 years old ! Fantastic villa , loved the pool , games room and summer kitchen, literally had everything we needed . A short flat walk into town where there is an abundance of cafes / bars / restaurants alongside the beach and the harbour. Excellent communication throughout , easy check in / check out and always very responsive if we had a query . I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if holidaying in a group.

Wonderful Villa

We have just spent two lovely weeks at this villa, communications both before and during the holiday were great.I don’t think the pictures do it justice, the garden area, out door kitchen and pool area are a wonderful size and very well kept, you get a lovely breeze in the Naya and a super view down to the sea. Moraira is a beautiful town with some wonderful restaurants.The villa it’s self is lovely, just one small thing is you need to walk through one of the two bedrooms with ground floor pool access or you need to go upstairs to then come downstairs to get to the pool, ok if your with family, we were fine.Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean. Never really used the sitting room but it looked lovely.I would recommend the garden spray for the mosquitoes, there was 10 of us and only a few bites in two weeks which we’re probably from going out.Thank you to Tim and the boys for allowing us to share this wonderful place.

Good point regarding the floor pool access. You can in fact access the ground floor from the 1st 2 bedrooms, but if you are in the 3rd or 4th bedroom then you need to walk through the other bedrooms or walk up and down the stairs. thank you for looking after he villa so well. Moraira family holiday

The property can take 12 guests and there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone. The weather was excellent so outside all the time, seating in the lounge would be tight if 12 people wanted to sit down together. Hosts were excellent and we felt we could have contacted them at anytime. The en-suite could do with a deep clean around the tiles and football, darts and pool table could do with an upgrade. Great villa and great location.

Good observations on the games room, we replaced the pool table just after your stay with a much newer, high quality slate table which is designed for outdoor use, and we have tidied up the football table and the surrounds of the dart board (the board was new actually, but we are going to try to get guests to refrain from having children use it who have been making a mess of the surrounds). We have also addressed the en suite. The outside covered naya seats 12 people and has outdoor heaters, the lounge can seat 7 on the sofas, 6 on the breakfast table and a few around the kitchen island. This villa is near enough the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is nice and the villa has space for big group. We would have needed table and chairs inside for early meals with childrens. Especially at the rainy days. The downstairs and apartment moisture was a bit harm especially for the allergic.

Thanks for your review. We are looking into a table and chairs for the lounge area. The apartment is in a underbuild and unfortunately the humidity can be high. We have dehumidifiers on the air conditioning units which can be used when this is the case. We do hope you enjoyed your holiday

Fab location

Overall an absolutely brilliant villa and location. Main villa lovely, well equipped, nice furniture etc. However the lower apartment bedrooms not great, dark and uninviting, too small for king size in our opinion and not the best aroma either. But that was literally the only downside. Would be fabulous for 4 couples.

Hi Michele. Thanks for your review, good that you found the location great and liked the equipment and furniture. The lower apartment bedrooms both have windows on 2 sides so are quite bright, so I assume you are referring to the apartment living room which I agree has low natural light. This is usually favoured by teenagers and children who like using the large smart TV for games and videos and prefer a dimmer room. There is also a kitchenette and a small reading area in the apartment (with a large window) overlooking gardens. Apologies if there was an aroma downstairs, we had some wet weather the previous week which can cause this, but we will look into this further. The property was ideal for our family gathering. The games area was a real bonus. .

This property gave us the opportunity to gather as a family. It was a personal and expensive choice to have the pool heated as we had a couple of 2 yr. old grandchildren with us. My only suggestion would be having to pay each day for an extra cot when renting a villa that sleeps 12 people.

Hi Alice , thank you for your 5 star review. It’s good that the pool was warm enough for your 2 year old grandchildren. Electricity prices are even more expensive in Spain than England so we do have to cover our costs to heat the pool unfortunately, although unlike many other villas we don’t charge extra for normal electricity usage. We provide and assemble a cot and high chair for free, for any additional ones we charge the rental cost for the number of days that guests want them for. The property and location where very good Only a small remarque regarding the bedrooms in the apartment. One of the rooms is to small to sleep with to adults. This should be a single room. Therefore I would say it is not recommended to stay with 12 couples

Hi Steven, that's good that you liked the property and location. Regarding the 6th room, we describe it on the website as being smaller, and the photo on the website (27th photo) makes the dimensions fairly obvious. Also all other guests to date have been fine with the rooms, but your observation is useful to note for any future guests who may be needing 6 good sized rooms. All the best Adele

Excellent villa and stay

Wonderful villa, even better than the photos. The outside space is amazing, with lots of sun till 6pm (June). The location is very good, only 15 mins walk to town or beach. Loads of great restaurants in the busy town to choose from. I don’t think you need a car here - we got a big Mercadona delivery at the start of the week which was a great idea. We had a great and relaxing week in a beautiful villa. Pool size is perfect for the amount of people it sleeps. Another review mentioned the smaller bedroom only being suitable for one person - we disagree, yes it’s a bit smaller but still fine (perfect for two kids) and you have the extra space in the apartment anyway. Make sure you look at the PC for photos of the villa before the refurb - what a difference
