April-October rent is Saturday-Saturday (7nights), the rest of the season is 5 nights minimum.

This CONDO or APARTMENT is an oceanfront complex on SOUTH FOREST BEACH. Located on the 3rd floor with a fantastic DIRECT OCEAN VIEW observed from balcony, living room and kitchen (Hear waves all day long!). Steps away from the beach.

Condo was exactly as descibed on vrbo website. The view from the balcony was wonderful with sounds of the waves and childen making family memories together. Pelicans would fly by in formation every so often and deer sighting was a bonus for my wife who is a huge animal lover!! The interior was clean, maintained well, and very comfortable for our weeks stay in HHI. The condo has been renovated and everything was modern and fairly new condiction. Overall it was a great choice for a week in paradise!!

Kim was fantastic, so communicative and very helpful! She left lists of things to do on the island and an array of great restaurant suggestions. The condo was super clean and comfortable with a lot of small, thoughtful amenities that made it very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Great place for a romantic vacation. Awesome location! Sunrise & coffee every morning on the balcony. A bike ride to everything you need. Cant wait to go back next year.

Great trip to Hilton Head
