Location idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage : c'est un régal. Repas pris chaque jour sur la terrasse avec vue sur mer, que du bonheur. C'est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. La déco a été refaite. Nous avons pleinement profité de la Bretagne.

Appartement entiÚrement rénové, soigné et fonctionnel.

Accueil sympathique par la voisine. Appartement entiÚre refait. Dommage que la chambre soit aveugle. La conception de l'appartement et l'orientation Est limitent la luminosité. La météo un peu frileuse ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardinet pourtant trÚs bien aménagé.

Sehr gute Lage, sicheres wohnen in einer Residenz, 2 Restaurants in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Appartement modern und funktional eingerichtet. FĂŒr fernsehabend jedoch etwas un komfortabel. FĂŒr den Strand waren lediglich 2 Liegen vorhanden, und die in einem desolaten Zustand.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage in einer Badebucht. In dem Haus befinden sich mehrere meist grĂ¶ĂŸere Appartements welche Anfang September nur teilweise belegt waren. Nahversorgung im Umkreis von 2-5 km gesichert đŸ„đŸ„–Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet mit Blick aufs Meer und direktem Strandzugang. Empfehlenswert👍👍

Appartement au calme et trÚs bien situé. 10 mÚtres de la plage et 10 min à pied u centre ville, via une voix piétonne. TrÚs bon emplacement et appartement agréable. Petit bémole pour le réseau téléphone quasi nul et le Wifi digne d'un 56k... Déconnection garantie :)

Belle location et accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able . Petites choses Ă  amĂ©liorer pour les prochains locataires, ll faudrait prĂ©ciser que les draps ne sont pas fournis et surtout que c'est un lit de 160. Dommage il est impossible d'aĂ©rer le logement ! Il manque un Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e et de sortie, c'est basĂ© sur la confiance donnĂ©e aux locataires. Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait pour nous impeccable, en fait il faut rendre le logement dans l'Ă©tat oĂč on voudrait le trouver c'Ă©tait le cas.. Je recommande ce logement, vraiment adaptĂ© aux fauteuils roulant.

Bon sĂ©jour. Conforme Ă  la prĂ©sentation. L’accĂšs Ă  la plage est trĂšs pratique. La rĂ©sidence est plutĂŽt calme, et les proprios sur place sympathiques. L’appartement est moderne et fonctionnel mĂȘme si le mĂ©nage n’était pas assez poussĂ© pour moi, plutĂŽt rĂ©alisĂ© en surface (Notamment prĂ©sence de toiles d’araignĂ©es un peu dans tous les coins qui montre que ça ne date pas d’hier, Ă  ce jour ce n’est plus le cas, on a tout nettoyĂ©)
