Its only a few minutes to Bondi Junction with it\\'s train station and ultra-modern shopping centre. Buses run every 5 - 30 minutes 24 hours a day right outside the building.

There are two Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes walk with the spectacular Sydney Harbour and its secluded harbour beaches close by. There are spectacular cliff top walks available from the beach north to the historic harbour fishing village of Watson Bay.

No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking.

Clean linen and towels are supplied on arrival, however weekly change over of fresh supplies can be arranged at time of arrival. A cost of $100 per change over applies.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 persons. Surcharge applies for groups larger that 6 guests.
