The apartment has its own terrace as well as the communal terrace of the building which has a panoramic view on the beach of Essaouira's bay and the Medina. Parking space for one car in the basement. The building is secured by a guard for your tranquillity.

Fantastic

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Rachida was the most wonderful contact person at the apartment, she welcomed us like family and met our every need during our stay. She helped us understand local culture and what should be reasonable costs for taxis etc. Our hosts were also very responsive and courteous. The apartment was perfect, the best possible location, short walk to the beach and restaurants and right next to the Medina.We truly appreciate your hospitality

Nice property but could make things better for guests.

Property has great location and is exactly as advertised. However, there were some things that were different to us. If you do any amount of streaming or downloading be prepared to constantly go to the store and add to the account. We were given the one trash bag that was in the trash can. Since we were going to be there for 30 days meant we had to buy more. There was a dishwasher but they give you one tablet so you have to buy more for longer stay. Local contact appeared to reply to WhatsApp and come at her convenience. Owner was pretty good about answering emails. My suggestion would be raise the rate a dollar or two per day and provide everything. No cleaning supplies provided either.

Un excellent séjour à Essaouira

Nous sommes restés un mois chez Gérard et Christiane et avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement. Il est propre, bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons adoré les couchers de soleil à partir de la terrasse et la vue sur la mer. Le lit était confortable et nous avons bien dormi. La communication avec l'hôte est excellente et la personne responsable de l'appartement est toujours à l'écoute et répond bien à tous nos besoins et questions. L'appartement est très bien localisé à quelques minutes de la Médina et l'immeuble est bien sécurisé et bien entretenu. Nous recommandons. Un grand merci à l'hôte et à Rachida our ce beau séjour.

Apparemment idéalement situé. 200 mètres de la médina & face à l'océan. Rien ne manquait. Immeuble de standing. Nos hôtes sont des personnes charmantes aux petits soins. Idéalement situé, de bon goût et très bien équipé

Très bel appartement dans immeuble de standing, très bien équipé, meublé avec goût, bonne literie, très propre. Idealement situé, face à la plage et 200 mètres de la médina. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et il est facile de communiquer avec eux. Fatiha et Bouchra qui nous accueillent sur place sont d’une extrême gentillesse et attentionnées. Tout est réuni pour passer un très agréable séjour... Adresse à retenir.

Better than any hotel!

A well appointed apartment in a modern building beautifully finished, furnished and well equipped. The location cannot be bettered with the Medina 250 metres away, the beach and seafront at your feet, SupraTours bus depot at 200 metres and an ATM at the post office at 100 metres. The view from the balcony overlooks the beach and gives line of sight to the harbour and Bab Marrakech. The view from the roof is even more spectacular. Two things to note: 1.There are only French channels on the TV so bring your own digital entertainment if that matters to you. 2. The WiFi is a Pay As You Go 3G SIM which will cost you about 10 Dirhams per day (80p) for light use. I suggest rounding up from that figure to avoid running out at the last moment. (Say 80 Dirhams for 7 days). You top up by quoting the SIM number at most kiosks and handing over your cash. The nearest kiosk is next to the SupraTours depot and I spotted a few others displaying the “Recharge” sign. So just say “Recharge s’il vous plait” with the SIM number on a slip of paper and that is all you will need. Email comms with the owners were excellent with all emails answered promptly and Bouchra was easy to deal with and helpful. Essaouira itself is a delight and quite addictive! We plan to return!

Excellent apartment for a short or long term visit to Essaouira.

The apartment is in an excellent location....very close to the beach and a short walk to the Medina. There is everything in the apartment that you would need for a stay of any length of time; the appliances are modern and function flawlessly. The building is well cared for, clean and has a communal terrace on the roof where you can read, sunbathe or simply relax and enjoy the surrounding views of Essaouira and its magnificent beach and promenade. Everywhere you may need to go is within easy walking distance ,though if you don't feel like walking, "petit taxis" are plentiful and have a standard flat rate of 7 dirhams. I stayed for three months and enjoyed my stay thoroughly.. During my stay, I had a friend visit me and the sofa bed proved to be ideal for the visit. Probably the thing I remember most is the view of the beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. My whole stay was a very positive experience.

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL POUR UN SEJOUR AU TOP

nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables, grace entre autre, à la situation de l'appartement au bord de la Médina. Le logement est parfaitement conçu et rien ne manque. La vue splendide sur la mer et le port au loin apporte un charme indéniable à l'endroit. La description est tout à fait conforme.

Toujours aussi agréable

C'est le 5ème séjour dans cet appartement. Quand nous arrivons, nous avons l'impression d'être chez nous. Vue toujours aussi dégagée sur la plage, le port et la médina. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler ce séjour.
