Southouse Beach house is conveniently located within walking distance to the famous surfing beaches of the South West. This beautiful rammed earth, two-storey property is like your home away from home. With ocean views from the top storey and an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the Leeuwin National Park this home is truely something special.

Sleeping arrangements are: Upstairs bedroom has king bed, ensuite with spa bath. The other 3 large bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with a queen bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably!

FEATURES: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 separate living areas and a spacious outside entertaining area! The Southouse is a wonderful place to relax with the kids or get a few friends together to "do" the wineries and then come home, put your feet up and enjoy the sound of the ocean!

Internet access is available also. Southouse is a real beachside holiday home with a little bit of luxury!

Family getaway

Fantastic home to relax around the fire. Enough room to have space but still all come together. The spot was beautiful and so great having the cafe and beach close enough to walk to. Highly reccomend this holiday home. We were extremely impressed!!

Calm peaceful spacious

This was an amazing place to stay with family in mind. A huge table to seat at least 12 with quiet calmness as soon as you open the door. Whether you were inside around the table or on the deck overlooking the community this place restored us. Thank you to Lucy who made this easy for us- the cot was not needed but provided. The spa was used by the teenager and she relaxed -great outcome. Thank you again for providing this oasis in the dunes.

We absolutely loved this house! It was open, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor area and the fireplace. It is located in a safe neighborhood and close to the beach.

Great house in Gnarabup shame about the saggy bed in the main bedroom

We loved this house in Gnarabup. Lovely big kitchen, dining table and lounge room. We particularly loved having breakfast on the back deck. The upstairs loft lounge was awesome for sunset drinks and cheese & bikkies too. While all the bedrooms downstairs were very comfortable according to the rest of our group, unfortunately my partner and I had the upstairs master bedroom with the ensuite. The mattress from the first night was too soft and saggy. We ended up sleeping in the garage on the double bed for the first night. For the next 4 nights we relocated the double mattress upstairs to the landing and slept on the floor. I did contact the property manager about the mattress. I was told it would be replaced but was disappointed we didn't receive any kind of discount as replacing it after we left didn't help our situation. I run my own holiday house and would be horrified that any guest would have to sleep on the floor because one of our beds was so uncomfortable. Other than the master bedroom bed, it was a lovely place to stay

We recently spent a very enjoyable week at Southouse with our family who were over from the UK. We loved the space that the property offered - plenty of separation for a couple and a family of three. The entertainment deck was just superb and the property is very well kitted out. Could have done with blinds on the parents retreat between the bedroom and the bathroom, but with the beach on the doorstep we didn't mind being woken up a bit early to go out and enjoy a pre-breakfast walk.

Southouse was a lovely peaceful place to stay, the house was very comfortable and equipped with everything you will need. Plenty of room to spread out, wireless internet access and dog friendly! All in all a lovely house in a lovely area. We will definately return.
