THE PROPERTY

Step inside this quaint Florida home, spread out and settle into your Sarasota vacation! Throughout the house, large windows display the lush garden and massive live Oak in the front yard, while tasteful decorations and colorful walls add pizazz to the interior.
Plush couches invite you to unwind in the spacious living area. After a day on the beach, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or read the novel you've always meant to start. In the morning, savor a cup of coffee in the warmth of natural light.
Outside, a 1,300-square-foot lanai with a 23x15-foot pool awaits you and your travel companions. Take a refreshing dip in the cool water before lounging under the sun in the protection of the covered patio. Before dinner, enjoy cocktails and snacks around the comfortable outdoor furnishings while the kids play a game of football on the well-manicured lawn.
The fully equipped kitchen is prepared to handle all of your home-cooking needs. Essential appliances and ample counter space allow you to create meals of any size. Savor hearty dinners around the 6-person dining table or feast al fresco at the 6-person patio table.

YESOur only complaint was that the heated pool did not come with instructions on haw to adjust the temperature. The pool and the weather were too cool to enjoy.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that you were not able to enjoy the pool as much as you had hoped. During your stay in January, we experienced a very untypical winter cold spell for Sarasota, with temperatures dropping as low as 39 °F, which is quite unusual for this time of year. While the pool was heated and set to 86 °F, cool air temperatures can make the water feel much colder than expected. With air temperatures that low, it unfortunately isn’t ideal swimming weather, even with a heated pool. I would also like to mention that I would have been more than happy to help at any time — you were always welcome to contact me if you had questions about the pool or needed anything during your stay. Relaxing getaway

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more, even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Beds were so comfy. Pool was great, so nice to be able to go swimming at anytime, day or night. House is located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

Sarasota House

The property was very clean. The house had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and hanging out. We enjoyed using the pool, playing cards and games and the amazing patio. Most beaches were 20 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. Evelyn was amazing communicating with us. Would 100% stay here again. Neighborhood was very safe.

We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

Great spacious home

My wife and I stayed in this home for about a week with our two sons, who were delighted to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us (near my mother), and the house has a great pool. The property owner was very clear, helpful, and responsive, and I would certainly recommend this home to others.

Hidden Gem

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

Nice place to vacation

We enjoyed it. TV in master bedroom would have been nice. Also the TV in the living room is low to the ground, it would be nice if it was up on the wall.
