Situated on an enviable corner position of Pascoe street, park the car and be only steps away from 6km's of unspoilt beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all Apollo Bay has to Offer - Stroll to the bakery for fresh bread or donuts in the morning, or walk to the pub for a meal - you are in the heart of it all! It is perfect for holidaying all year round.

* Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master with Walk in Robe and luxurious ensuite, reading corner and private balcony with ocean views.

* Massive open plan living area with polished spotted gum floorboards, Plasma TV & DVD, stereo with ipod dock, feature gas fireplace, reverse-cycle air conditioning to upstairs and downstairs and ocean and mountain views.

* For the cooks - a fully equipped kitchen awaits with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and electric cooking.

*Two sets of double glass doors open onto a sheltered deck area - ideal for alfresco entertaining - not to mention the family bbq!

Our house offers a warm relaxed atmosphere which you are sure to enjoy. It is also fully fenced.
