With a beautiful gas log fireplace, you can snuggle up together and watch a movie or the ocean from the lounge room, Spread out and enjoy the space of the property, or maybe open the alfresco doors and feel the ocean air while enjoying mountain vistas. Situated on an enviable corner position of Pascoe street, park the car and be only steps away from 6km's of unspoilt beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all Apollo Bay has to Offer - Stroll to the bakery for fresh bread or donuts in the morning, or walk to the pub for a meal - you are in the heart of it all! It is perfect for holidaying all year round.

* Four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master with Walk in Robe and luxurious ensuite, reading corner and private balcony with ocean views.

* Massive open plan living area with polished spotted gum floorboards, Plasma TV & DVD, stereo with ipod dock, feature gas fireplace, reverse-cycle air conditioning to upstairs and downstairs and ocean and mountain views.

* For the cooks - a fully equipped kitchen awaits with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and electric cooking.

*Two sets of double glass doors open onto a sheltered deck area - ideal for alfresco entertaining - not to mention the family bbq!

Our house offers a warm relaxed atmosphere which you are sure to enjoy. It is also fully fenced.

This is a wonderful house to gather together with family. It has a great kitchen and lots of space with everything thought of. Sam is a super host with easy communication who helped make our stay enjoyable.

Kitchen was fully equiped and the home was super family friendly. The kids had a room each and were very comfortable. The games room was a plus. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook a few dinner which helped us save a little.Sam is a great host and very responsive.I would stay here again.

Spacious and well located

We had a great stay in this Apollo Bay holiday home - the pool table was a brilliant hit with the children.There was loads of space and the kitchen was well equipped.We only wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent accomodation close to beach and shops. Suited us as a group of adults but would be excellent also for young families. Very spacious house and great extra garage games room. Well appointed.

Fabulous

We loved our stay at All Seasons Beach house. The house was roomy and spacious for a large family group and wonderfully close to the beach and shops. It was modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed plus a lot more. The best part was it's fabulous location. Thank you Sam for being a great host with clear and easy communication.

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was a wonderful property within easy walking distance to the beach and town, even with small children. The house was nicely maintained and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space inside for the kids to play and the pool table and table tennis table in the garage were great entertainment on the rainy days. We would stay here again.

Getaway by the (Apollo) Bay

What a great place, within an easy walk to the beach, a bit further to the patrolled area. The unmentioned table tennis and billiard tables in the garage were a big hit with our large extended family. The only issue was the worn out, unusable outdoor dining setting, but with advice from the owner we made-do with a serviceable replacement from in the garage. All in all, this is a great spot for a summer holiday.

Hidden gem

What a great property!!Stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The house was very clean and presentable.With a big open living, kitchen and dining room ample safe for everyone. Down stairs has three good size bedrooms and upstairs with a master suite with views of the beach which aren’t mentioned on the ad. Also to my surprise we had a nice little view of the ocean from the living room.The outdoor areas looked amazing unfortunately we didn’t get to use this space due to the weather, but my boys loved the games room. This is a great place to stay with your family or even two family’s as there is so much space.

Such a great place

My extended family and I love spending time at this property each year for our annual family getaway. With room for us all, all amenities including 2 highchairs for the little ones, this accommodation makes things easy. Great location - easy walk (even for young children) straight down to the beach, and then a few moments further along the footpath gets you to the supermarket and other shops, followed by a fun playground for plenty of fun-filled days. Even at the property the adults and kids are well-entertained with a pool table and table tennis table in the shed. The host, Sam, is great to liaise with - always prompt and helpful with answering questions and sharing relevant information :) Thanks again for yet another great stay!

Roomy property in a superb location

No trouble finding the property and accessing the house. Great to have the games area in the garage, and the spacious living area, and 2 fridges, and an easy washing machine. Upstairs queen mattress was hard and needed the advertised "topper" which we were told was the "european" word for "protector". Some inconvenient things: no coffee maker/plunger; Breville grinder gears broken; one dishwasher tablet; no bath soaps; some external doors jammed closed

Winter Surf Trip Year 2

This is the 2nd year we have booked this house as a group for the same dates. Another great experience and everyone has said they would be happy to come again. Plenty of room, well set up and close to everything in town.

Great find for a large group!

My extended family and I absolutely love this property for our Apollo Bay stays. With plenty of beds / bedrooms, a porta cot, two high chairs and wheelchair / pram access to all communal areas, this house is suited to all! Garage with ping pong and a pool table, plus only minutes walk to the beach and shops, there is always something to do. Or, the comfy couch and outdoor seating with beach and hill views, respectively, means you don’t have to do anything at all! Sam is a great host, very accommodating and great with communication. We can’t believe this find, and can’t wait to return next year!
