Take a break, have fun with your family and friends, and enjoy our recently renovated beautiful family beach house.

With the stunning beach at the end of Murray Street just 650m away, hit the sand and feel it between your toes whilst you let your worries melt away and breathe in the fresh ocean air. A short walk along the beach and over the dunes and you’ll arrive at the Bay’s vast array of cafes, bakeries and restaurants.

Head back & wash off the sand with our hot outdoor shower!

Take in the soaring cathedral ceiling and striking parquetry floor with the warmth of the cozy wood fire whilst enjoying a glass of wine of an evening. Appreciate the warm and unique space that we have created, filled with interesting vintage pieces and curiosities that add to your holiday story. Enjoy an evening BBQ on the back deck whilst the kids play on the lawn. We also have a full-sized extra fridge in the shed, perfect for gatherings and hot summer days! Cook up a storm in the well- equipped open-plan kitchen come dining area, with a bespoke table that will comfortably fit 12 to enjoy food and laughter after a day of exploring. Centrally located in Apollo Bay, and in a quiet neighbourhood, all your needs are an easy walk away (no more than 10 minutes!). This is a home where families can holiday together and yet have space to enjoy privacy and quiet with the thoughtful layout that the five bedrooms offer.
Create memories with the family that will last a lifetime with two separate bunk rooms (both with two sets of bunks) and your choice of three queen rooms. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, and there is a large separate bathroom and separate toilet. We have recently installed a split system heater / air conditioner in the rear bunk room too.

We have left you all the added extras to enhance your stay including multiple televisions, Netflix, free fast Wifi, bedroom heating, Aldi pod coffee machine (with supplied coffee pods), books, board games, as well as a children’s own separate games room next to the living room with a Nintendo Wii with over 20 games on a 70 inch TV.
In the shed we have all sorts of goodies guests are welcome to use to help with a wonderful day at the beach including frisbees, beach cart, beach chairs, beach cricket set, balls, and boogie boards.

Guest has access to the whole property.

Other things to note:
- Strictly no parties, events or gatherings with unregistered guests unless with explicit written approval from the host. Please respect our neighbours.
- Strictly No Smoking inside. An additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $250 will be imposed for any smoking-related odours.
- Pets: We love pets as much as anyone but unfortunately our property is not pet friendly.
- Your comfortable beds will all be made up with beautiful linen and bath towels provided. Please BYO beach towels.
- This is our family home, not a hotel that we choose to share with your family. We hope you love it as much as we do and treat it as though you would your place.

There are few homes of our size in Apollo Bay and booking calendars have been filling in fast. Be sure to send me a message to guarantee a reservation.
