¡Bienvenido a Casa Amigos!

¡Esta hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas increíbles vacaciones en Cabo! La casa está ubicada en una comunidad privada y cerrada con 2 dormitorios ubicados en el piso principal y 3er dormitorio ubicado en el 2do piso. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño privado. Hay un medio baño para uso de los huéspedes en el piso principal junto a la entrada. La casa ofrece una cocina actualizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todos los utensilios, ollas y sartenes que pueda necesitar para tener una buena cena de gormuet cocinada en casa.

El salón ofrece amplios asientos con un televisor inteligente disponible para Netflix. ¡La mejor parte es la vista que se puede ver desde la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar hacia el océano!

Arriba, encontrará el dormitorio principal con una terraza privada al lado que tiene vistas increíbles.

Después de disfrutar de un buen día en la casa y pasar el rato en la piscina, el día mejora aún más con la corta caminata hasta el restaurante Zippers, que ofrece comidas y cenas.

La casa también tiene un acceso privado a la puerta de la playa que permite un fácil acceso a la playa para pasar el rato y tomar el sol o para los amantes del surf, ¡este es el lugar perfecto para tomar el sol!

Tenga en cuenta que esta es una playa pública y dado que la casa está orientada hacia donde se estacionan los vehículos, hay ciertos días de la semana, donde suele haber fiestas. Este ruido puede llevar y se puede escuchar dentro de la casa.

In spite of some days of rain and crashing waves thanks to cyclone Priscilla, we had a wonderful time at this property. We loved having our own separate suites and fully equipped kitchen. We had a few days spent in the lovely refreshing pool and watching the surfers tackling the waves down the beach. Victor was absolutely wonderful. He met us when we arrived and made us feel totally welcome and at home. We had to call on him a couple of times and he responded within minutes. A really great guy!Hopefully we will be back again before too long.

Beautiful spot, some noise from the highway and weekend parties on the beach. Overall a nice place to stay and Victor was only a phone call away if anything needed attention.

Cabo on the beach

The place was fabulous. Only 1 night we were disturbed by the music on the Beach but it all died down by 1 am. Victor was amazing and very patiant with us and anwered all our questions. Kristen is amazing she went above and beyond in helping us feel welcome, and booked all our excursions for us. I loved that I got to walk the beach very day and watch the sunrises come up over the water.

Great Beachfront Casita!

This spot is amazing for being by the beach and also being near some very helpful restaurants. The sounds isn’t a bad as other reviews say. Weeknights are quiet. The house is clean and the pool is exactly what you want. Highly recommend. The team managing the property are super helpful and happy to help with whatever you need.

Enjoyable stay next to the beach!

Great get away for three couples - very spacious unit with large bedrooms. Two good happy hour beach bars close by. Host was excellent. Note: the adjacent beach can be noise until 10 pm but it was an issue for us.

Comfortable and Spacious

The property is well maintained, clean and safe. Beachfront access makes enjoying the Sea of Cortez a breeze. The beach is clean and filled with families and surfers. There is a good amount of beach and highway noise, but the HVAC fans make it barely audible.

Chasing the whales

A group of friends and I stayed here February 2024 in order to see whales - we had three amazing tours in San Lucas, took a tour to swim with the whale sharks in La Paz, and a two day tour in bay of Magdalena to observe Gray whales and their babies. Our entire trip was amazing and couldn’t have been any better. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Casa Amigo is a must visit

This was a family re union and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful and has a great view of the ocean. It was very comfy and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing is there is noise from the public beach at night. If you turn on outside lights it seems to help. Loved it great location

Great house

I really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for myself and my 2 daughters. It was clean and the landlord was forcible about check in and check out. We would definitely stay there again. If I had any recommendation at all it would be to please heat the pool. It was quite cold.

Great but noisy

The location of this property is amazing! At the same time it's not.... until the Mexican officials make it illegal to party all night Friday and Saturday on the public beach access right next door. This property has so much potential to be a great place to visit and stay. I will say that the management company did a great job and took good care of us as well as gave us some good deals with excursions! I would still recommend this location with advisement of packing some ear plugs.

New favorite!

I’ve been coming to Cabo for years… this was by far the best bang for buck spot I’ve rented. I came with a few friends to surf Zippers which is literally directly in front of the house. It was the perfect set up, extremely clean. I saw reviews about noise in the river bed and I was there through this weekend and it was so minor, not nearly as big of a deal as others have made it out to be. Great great stay. Coming back this time next year for sure!

Very comfortable house

This house was very well done with all the comforts you need. We loved the pool and watching the waves from the pool deck. Beds were comfortable and Pablo was an amazing help when we ran into some problems with the internet. The only downside, which is noted in the listing, is the party noise on the weekend, it is loud and late! The thick walls and heavy glass doors helped mute it a bit.

There was a constant loud party. Day and night loud music blaring from cars at the Costa Azul beach directly next to the property. Dust and noise were at time’s unbearable

Great Location to vacay!

Biggest highlights: Every bedroom had a private bathroom. You are on the beach and can access it through a private gate. Amazing view! Property manager was very kind and helpful. Very comfortable beds! Least favorite aspects: Cleanliness wasn’t at its best. The address for Uber drivers was a bit confusing. Despite what other reviews said about noise from the beach, it was not as loud as people made it seem. You could hear it, but it wasn’t obnoxious.

Beautiful and relaxing

As others wrote the night time party’s are a little loud at times. But honestly it was not unbearable. The pool was great and the house was wonderful. The management and owner are well aware of the noisy issues. And they are working on solutions. Victor checked us in and out. He is kind and very willing to help if we needed it. This is the kind of place we would return to if we venture to Cabo again! Totally worth the noise at night. A must stay!!!

Review of property not trip

Very nice home in a very noise filled location. 75 meters from 4 lane highway. Next to public parking lot; fine during day but Friday, Saturday and Sunday RAVE until past midnight. Prior reviews minimized this issue. Yes, you can call police or manager but is that how you want to spend your vacation? Police come clear it out, 1/2 hour later starts back up. Second weekend we went to hotel; moved to different neighborhood for our final 4 days. San Jose del Cabo is now built up but still lovely place to visit.

Great spot for surfing

We had a great time. As with other reviewers, the loud music and partying was substantial on Friday and Saturday nights. However I am a heavy sleeper and it didn’t bother me. We had two light sleepers that suffered those nights. However we still had a great time. The place is beautiful- right on the beach. We loved it. You are able to walk around, go to beach and go eat without driving anywhere. It’s also really easy to get around. Close, very nice grocery store. We saved so much money being able to cook for ourselves instead of eat out. Pool is lovely. Grounds are very well cared for. We would stay here again for sure. Also, Victor was amazing and responded immediately with anything we needed. Thank you victor!!!!!
