Disgusting house

•No privacy in living areas (no curtains or blinds)•Mouldy, unusable BBQ causing 200 worth of food waste•No bins in bathrooms•No towels or hand towels provided•Heated spa not working (a key feature in our booking decision)•Locked cupboards, minimal kitchen utensils, and unclean furniture•Dirty or incomplete bedding, including stained doonas and missing sheets•Cobwebs on ceilings and poor outdoor maintenance•Faulty back gate and unexplained noise from a locked roomWe left early at 2pm on the Sunday when check out wasn’t until Monday. Given these problems and the impact on our experience, we believe a partial refund is fair and request that it be processed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Amazing stay

Perfect location for a short holiday with friends! Super close to the beach and the shops. Beautiful house and pool. Quick and easy communication with the host. 10/10 would stay again!

Comfortable holiday house with modern facilities

A comfortable, well equipped modern holiday house perfect for multiple families getaway. The pool and spa are more suitable for the kids given its size. The spa is not always hot but on warm days, didn't matter much for the kids. Modern facilities make it a nice holiday house, just across the road from Rye Beach and a short walk from town centre.

Friends & family

The property served its purpose for a large group of people staying away together. The main reason for booking the property was for the spa. That was lovely! Julie was very responsive to messages during our 2 day stay and got things fixed quickly.

Everything you need for a great getaway

Great property and great location. We were a party of 16 and we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. Some went for walks along the beach, some did some shopping which was within walking distance of the property and others just lounged about in the alfresco area. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a sandwich press. Some beds are more comfortable than others, so try and be the first person there to try the beds 😀.

Very satisfied

I stayed away for my 40th Birthday. The house has a good layout with a large entertaining living area and a seperate rumpus room with couches and tv that our kids stayed in and used a lot. I also found that when I was outside in the back yard near the pool, when the glass sliding doors were closed, it significantly blocked out any music and noise from the inside of the house. Overall, it met expectations as it can sleep 16 and was a beautiful modern home. I would stay again.

Good size property that can fit a few families

Great location to restaurant and hotspring. House is great for a few families with kids. Need to bring own linen and towels. The host has rules to have everything cleaned however there is also a cleaning fee charged so I am not sure whether it is still required for us to clean everything but we just be good and try to keep the house as it was when checked in.

Weekend getaway with friends

My friends and I had a fabulous time staying for two nights at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the lounge area was very comfortable for us to play some of the boardgames from the cupboard. Beds and bedding all provided which was great. East check in with a lock box and great location close to shops and beach.

Short stay

The photos detailing the property are obviously several years old and do not give an accurate description of the current state of the property. The property was not clean apron arrival.
