CALEDONIA is literally 100 meters to the the pristine sand on Rye Beach & walking distance to all the shops & restaurants located in the town of Rye.
A solar heated pool & gas heated spa have just been completed for more holiday enjoyment!
This amazing house has been decorated impeccably with attention to detail to ensure your vacation is relaxing & comfortable.
There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 12 guests, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room.
The fully equipped kitchen is in the heart of the home, making holiday entertaining a breeze.
CALEDONIA is fully fenced & has a huge yard front & back perfect for summer BBQS or just relaxing with a book or a cool drink.
There is a Huge trampoline in the front yard for kids to enjoy all year round.

Amazing place to stay with family or friends! Beautiful home, nice heated spa! Close to the beach shops and restaurant! Great communication with owner, would definitely stay here again

Amazing house and location!
This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It was beautifully kept, spacious for our group and in a great location a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool and spa area is just stunning, and so spacious, there was plenty of room for all of us to lounge around or in the pool. Also have to compliment the choice of bedding, everyone in our group was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were and how well we all slept! We had a wonderful stay here and would highly reccomend this property to others.

Perfect getaway home
House was perfect, very clean, great communication with host. Spa and pool heating was amazing. Very large and multiple seating areas. One minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to Woolworths. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Stay at Caledonia
Thank you Simone, we had a great stay at the property. There were a couple technical glitches with Stayz and Simone was helpful and understanding. All of my questions were answered very quickly. A lovely character home with a modern twist, two lounge areas were great for the large group. Kids enjoyed the trampoline but everyone's favourite was the pool and spa - in particular the outdoor shower!

Very enjoyable
The heated pool and spa were amazing! We were in there everyday even when it was 20oC outside. The pool and spa were toasty warm! The kitchen was amazing, the living room and TV were great! Lovely outdoor eating area and suitable for lots of family. The bunk room is quite small and better for small people, not so much for teenagers. There was no washing line but had a drying rack. It is tricky with wet towels and togs, so a washing line would be handy. The host was lovely, responsive and a very good communicator. Thank you for a great stay.
