Sellicks Sea View is luxury holiday rental accommodation, thoughtfully set up with everything you and your family will need for a comfortable and memorable holiday.

With plenty of room to move and fantastic views, Sellicks Sea View is the place to be.

Come and relax in this beautiful home, take a short walk to the beach and view the amazing Sellicks coast or discover this district which is full of surprises. It's close enough for a day trip down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries historic Willunga or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. Even Kangaroo Island isn't far away.

Upstairs:
- Heat/cooling: Reverse cycle ducted throughout the house
- Lounge: 3 Seater Sofa, 2 Seater Sofa, Ottoman,60 inch Plasma TV / Blue Ray / Home Theatre, Lamp
- Dining: Large wooden table with seating for 6 ( additional chairs available for larger gatherings ), Buffet, Daybed with seating for two, Telescope
- Kitchen: A well stocked kitchen with electric stove and 900 mm oven, dishwasher microwave and an espresso machine (bring your own ground coffee ), Island bench with seating for 4
- Bedroom 1: king size bed, Clothes rack, 2 x bedside tables one with lamp, chest of drawers with 60 inch Plasma TV
- Ensuite : Vanity, Bath, Shower and 2 toilets
- Balcony: Fantastic views to Sellicks Beach and across to William Eatts reserve
- 3 outdoor settings : High table with 4 bar stools, 2 3 seater couches with coffee table, 8 seater table with chairs

The balcony view was pleasing but it is a "sea view" rather than "beach view" so don't expect too much. The house was clean and had been upgraded (including internet) so we were very happy. The staircase required a gate at top and bottom but we knew that and went prepared. Everything we needed was provided and accessible. A lovely, 5 bedroom home.

Birthday trip

This very spacious home is in a very nice area and close to the beach. I had a great week with my family for my 60th Birthday.One thing I would say, the house needs an extra council bin as we just managed to fit all rubbish in bin.

Spacious Home in Great Location, But Needs Some TLC

We had a nice stay and the house was a great size for our large family. The balcony views were lovely and the location was perfect for exploring beaches, wineries, and walks. The kitchen was well equipped, but some areas felt tired—outdoor furniture was worn, the BBQ was old, the kitchen tap dripped constantly, and the downstairs bathroom smelled musty. A few maintenance updates would really lift the experience, especially given the price.

GREAT FEW DAYS

We had a good time. Let the lady at Century 21 know that outdoor setting could do with a touch up. Coffee Machine was rusty and we couldn't use it. Downstairs toilet needs a toilet brush. The BQ was rusty and should have been changed. No telescope. Overall we had the best time. Thank you.

Family 40th celebration

Suited our family well. Very cold weekend but we still had a lovely time. Did have to sleep with heaters on, which not keen on but quilts very thin for winter. I had read another comment the same, so took extra rugs in case. Otherwise a great family place. Need to take extra t towels, face washers if you like to have, hand towels, detergent, Toilet paper, which it states, as just a starter pack. Much better to take extra and not have to go to shops. Would stay again. great spot in Sellicks

Excellent but..

I contacted "host' as each bed only had a light summer quilt and asked whether there were extra blankets in the house. I am still to have a response. Luckily as not all beds were used there was spare 'single' quilts to use. Some guests, not all were warm. No apparent broom or dustpan.

Easy Weekend Getaway

Great house for a quick and easy weekend getaway. The house is large and well appointed and six of us had a lovely "girls" weekend there. Sitting on the outside balcony was particularly enjoyable.

Perfect location

Beautiful property large open spaces, safety gate to keep the little munchkin up stairs . Large enough for several couples to enjoy. Had the most fantastic time away. Short walk to the beach.

Great stay

property is great, great booking experience, however the property is in need of maintenance and the furniture etc is quite dirty. Overall worth the visit, but would encourage the owner to invest in a good cleaner or replace furniture etc.

Absolutely fabulous!

The property turns out to be exactly what is advertised and our family had an amazing stay. Fantastic sea view and we love the space of the balcony. Overall, a very comfortable stay and we love to visit again.

An excellent house for our 3 generation family . Fantastic living space and wrap around balcony. The beach only minutes away and we found a playground / tennis basketball court just down the road . We ( ages 70 down to18 months) all had a wonderful 3 day break

Enjoyable Stay but missing some attention to detail

We enjoyed our stay in this large house which accommodated all five of us each in a separate bedroom. For the price, though, there should have been a little more attention to detail and a few more welcome pack necessities (e.g. milk, toiletries etc).

Perfect location for our needs

Lovely accommodation. Chose this property for the proximity to the venue for my son's wedding. The fact that up to 14 people can stay there helped for interstate guests. The bonus... beautiful view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach! Very happy 😊

Lovely spo

All went well after first afternoon. First impressions so important. Most of ‘starter pack’ missing. No milk for a cuppa, no chux or one dishwasher tablet, shampoo ... not even a jug of cold water in the fridge. Had to wait 2.5 hours before someone turned up with these basics which were stated as to be provided. However after this hiccup it was great. Plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of kitchen equipment, though stove-top needs attention ( or stick up a sheet showing how to keep it at the required heat).

Phenomenal holiday house

A beautiful house with lovely sea views. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the sunset and gorgeous weather. The open plan living leading out onto the deck is a great set up. Bedrooms were great, very clean house. About a 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Great for a girls weekend away or for multiple families to stay.

Great house

Amazing house, perfect size for a big group. Amazing view & good location. Only issue was heater didn’t work great downstairs so it got a bit cold. Other than that, no issues at all. Loved it

Relaxing stay

The house was accurate to everything listed, the stove was a little hard to use and dishwasher has seen better days but overall the house was really clean, we received a welcome bag that came in handy and found the house was located in such a beautiful area, with beautiful views of the ocean.

Great panoramic ocean views

Great views. Stairway down to beach at end of road. All services need to be driven to. Air conditioning not effective downstairs

A great Holiday home option!

My family and I stayed over the Christmas/New Year break and could be happier with the house. Plenty of Kids activities/books available. Cooking on the BBQ every night was great. The view from the deck was the best part. We often found ourselves just sitting out there and enjoying each others company! It was what we all needed after such a terrible year. We will more than likely be back next year.
