Beautiful and Cozy log cabin in the Alpine Estates Subdivision. Huge front porch to relax and take in the mountain views surrounding you. Relax in front of the outdoor fire pit or cook dinner on the grill! National Forest access and plenty of parking for trailer and ATV's.

Master bedroom with Queen sized bed; Loft area with Queen size bed and additional queen size bed for the kids! Newly remodeled bathroom with rainfall shower. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Come Ski 'the most Snow in Colorado'!!! Wolf Creek Ski area is 22 miles from the cabin and is some of the best skiing in Colorado! From Beginner to Black they have something for everyone.

There is an abundance of outdoor activities...Hiking, ATV, Rock Climbing, Skiing, Sledding, Snowmobiling, Canoeing / Rafting, Four wheeling, watching wildlife, Ghost towns, Mountain Biking, River Rafting, Fly Fishing, World Class Golfing at Rio Grande Golf Club ...the list goes on!!!

If you are a golfer then you must visit the Rio Grande Club! Rated a 4 star facility by Golf Digest. You can also visit the Timbers Restaurant for a nice evening meal or the Big River Grille for a bite to eat and a cold beverage.

If you prefer a slower pace, relax on the front porch on a lounge chair and a good book while surrounded by the beautiful mountain views and the wildlife such as deer, hummingbirds, and the occasional bear or mountain lion.

Cabin Sleeps 6. Queen sized bed in master downstairs; 2 Queen sized beds upstairs with 45 Smart TV.

Large oversized sofa if you'd like to sleep by the fire.

55" Flat Screen Smart T.V. in living room with Sound bar. Smart TV in loft upstairs so the kids can have their own entertainment. Wifi for all of your streaming needs

Visit the local town of Creede, 20 minutes from the cabin to see the Mining Museum, the Creede Repertory theatre, Feed chipmunks out of your hand , listen to live music or grab something to eat.

Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, utensils and cookware, microwave.

Snowmobiling / ATV / Hiking trails throughout the area. Maps available and are updated during the season.

Sleds for kids are available and are stored in the garage.

Very Cute

We stayed here two nights. It was very comfortable for my sister and our youngest kids (15 and 16). Prior to even checking in they sent a long list of restaurants and things to do in the area. We already had plans, but having the list of places to eat was so awesome! It was a cozy and easy to access to where we needed to go.

Exactly what we wanted

The cabin was perfect. Very quiet area and nicely decorated. We are traveling cross country by motorcycle and wanted a nice place to relax and do some riding. This is a very beautiful area and we would love to come back and stay again. Thanks for being accommodating to our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

June 2022 Trip

This was the first time I took my daughters with me on a Colorado summer trip. This cabin was perfect for us. The inside of the cabin was updated and nicely decorated. The property owner was awesome and great to deal with. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent getaway

This was a very relaxing cabin property. Our host provided the extra touches that made us feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you might need. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. The neighbors we met on our walks were very friendly. Will definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

From the booking process until the time we left, this was the best booking we ever had. Karen spent a lot of time telling us about places to go, places to eat, etc. The cabin was homey and perfect. Our kids were so excited when we walked it. The neighborhood was so quiet and had beautiful views. We enjoyed s’mores by the little fire table, grilling, and relaxing watching TV. The addition of the mini split AC was perfect! We felt so comfortable the entire time. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is interested! Thank you so much!!

Needs a few things.

While we enjoyed staying here there are somethings that can be done to improve the experience and some things out of the owners control. The home was not super clean, we noticed some dust and dirt and the windows really need cleaning. There was nowhere in the shower to place shampoo/ soap and would recommend that basic amenity. Out of the control of the owner is the location. This cabin is in a neighborhood of very small lots,,neighbors are very close. The views, while ok, we’re not outstanding. Although we noticed previous reviews were “exceptional” this property didn’t rise to that level for us.

Senior ski trip

Remodel was fine, but probably should consider upgrading the beds. Memory foam pads were hard and not comfortable.
