Beach Front Condo with Endless Ocean Views from EVERY room. Recently renovated with all the amenities you need to have the perfect paradise experience. For the Foodies, the unit offer a Full Chefā€™s Kitchen which includes All-Clad Pots and Pans, Ninja Blender, Dishwasher amongst many other things. For those looking to enjoy the beach, we have 4 beach chairs, coolers and beach games/toys for both children and adults.

Condo features rooftop pool with breathtaking 360 views of the area.

The space:

- Security Safe in unit
- Amazon Echo for Music
- Cable TV and Roku Stick in every room
- Pack n Play Crib with additional comfort mattress available for those traveling with infants.
- Rental includes a private parking spot within the confines of the building.

Please note we have a security camera located at the entrance to our unit used to monitor access to the condo. It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. Parties are strictly forbidden.

The neighborhood:
- Located right on El Alambique Beach, one of the most travelled to beaches in Puerto Rico, and is a short walk to Pine Grove beach.
-Building is walking distance to hotels (El San Juan Hotel, Ritz Carlton and Intercontinental), Restaurants, Shopping and Nightlife
- Condado and Old San Juan are a short 15 min drive away.
- While a rental car is recommended for families looking to explore the island and all it has to offer, you can easily get around via Uber or walking.

The condo is centrally located with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport! The beach is right outside the building and most outdoor activities like the rain forest are only a 45 minute drive away. It was nice and clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. My family and I had an awesome time and highly recommend this property if your thinking about staying in the Isla Verde area of Puerto Rico.

Beautiful views and apartment

This unit was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and modern. Kitchen was fully stocked - the Ninja Blender was a special plus! The views are phenomenal. Beach and rooftop pool were amazing. The reserved parking spot was ideal. Highly recommend !

This property is stunning! The condo is right on the water and the view is spectacular. The decor is beautiful and "beachy chic". The linens are fresh and clean. The private parking spot is a HUGE perk - parking on the street is impossible - people walk long distances to get to the beach that is only feet away from this property. The building is safe and secure, the public cannot even step on the property. There are two elevators and we never had to wait for one to arrive to take us up to our condo, there was one always ready. The property owner was extremely informative, helpful, available, and always polite. The property owner provided us with detailed information about the property, surrounding areas, recommended restaurants, excursions, etc. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and it won't be our last!

Stunning View

This apartment does not disappoint, it looks just like the pictures. We loved the area, The view is stunning, the beach beautiful. Itā€™s an easy walk to the grocery store. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioners work well even though most of the time we had them off and the patio door open.

This apartment is beautiful, renovated, clean, perfect for 4 people. The location is ideal steps from the beach oceanfront with amazing view of the ocean and Isla Verde Beach, close to airport and many restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

On the beach

This was a beautiful clean condo right on the beach. Everything you can need and more are in the condo. Will the owner was easy to contact with any questions. We were a group of 4 adults plenty of room. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We spent a lot of time at the beach which is just steps away when you step outside. The views in the room were incredible! You are directly over the water, just as in the pictures. We also greatly appreciated the excellent communication from the host. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Views for Miles

This property looked exactly as described! The pictures are not misleading at all. The mattress were very comfortable. The check in and check out were very detailed and smooth. The location is literally on the beach. Our only challenge came with the ridiculous Puerto Rican power grid, which went out during our stay and caused an elevator failure. Will was very responsive through the entire situation. We would stay here again.

If you love the ocean, you'll love this condo.

Many thanks to Will Rivera for keeping the lines of communication open before and during our trip. Will was very responsive when answering questions leading up to our trip and made it clear that he would be available to us during our trip. The condo is as advertized except better in person, of course. It was very clean and comfortable with exceptional views of the ocean and mountains. Having a full kitchen at our disposal was wonderful and the living space very comfortable with excellent air conditioning available. Also, there is a pool on the roof which provides an added bonus. The 360 view from up there was spectacular. The sprawling San Juan beach and ocean can be seen and heard to the left, front and right of the balcony where we sipped our coffee each morning. After coffee, we would ride the elevator down to ground level, step out the building door, right on to the beach and walk with our feet in the water. It all was picture perfect. A word of advice if you're traveling to San Juan for the first time. Rent a car to see the island but consider using Uber when venturing out in San Juan as parking in the city is a challenge. The Uber drivers were nice and knowledgeable about what to see. Old San Juan is a must see but we only allowed one day for it. With two massive old forts to tour and the old city itself, we recommend allowing two days for it. This was our first time using Vrbo and I'm hooked. Thank you Will, thank you Vrbo!

As advertised

The condo was great. Just like it looks in the pictures. There was a last minute problem with the clothes dryer but the owner provided an easy work around. Excellent communication. There are a few eateries easily within walking distance and a CVS and Pueblo just a short drive away for other supplies. He has the condo well stocked with shampoo, soap, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, tissues, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Just bring your personal products and your bathing suit and youā€™re good to go. Great home base for visiting other areas like Old San Juan and El Yunque National Park. We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico.

Beautiful Well Stocked Rental

The condo was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The owner was gracious and accommodating. Only thing I wished we would have known was the dryer did not work. We got caught in a downpour coming from the airport and had a little trouble finding the lock box with keys so needless to say we were soaked. I tried to put all our clothes in the dryer but after an hour, it was clear the clothes were not drying. It wasn't a big deal because the building has a washer and dryer on the roof. But want to note in case you pack light and plan on washing clothes that you might have to use the facilities on the roof. $1.50 for each machine. Otherwise everything was perfect, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The views were amazing and the beach is literally a 100 feet outside the door. We felt safe and loved our little home away from home. Would definitely return to this rental if we go back. Loved everything about it.

Perfect Family Vacation

Will was a very attentive host and helpful with restaurant and excursion suggestions. The condo was in excellent condition and the views were perfect. The proximity to a beautiful beach and a protected reef made the trip even more magical. The one downside was a dilapidated building in our view. It was owned at one time by Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony. The government has made it difficult to redevelop the property due to its proximity to a protected reef. Besides this minor eyesore, youā€™ll be hard-pressed to find a better, more convenient setup for families than Willā€™s condo. Iā€™d highly recommend renting a car so you can navigate to hidden beaches, el Yunque, Old San Juan and more!
