Built in the classic Alpine Style of stone and timber, this two bedroom plus loft chalet is perfectly situated in Woodridge with a level two minute walk to the slopes. Ideal in size for one or two families "Three Bears 1" is designed over several split levels with plenty of quiet areas to give you your own space. Relax in the lounge in front of a crackling fire while enjoying glorious mountain views.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
One King size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite, 1 set of bunk beds in the second bedroom with a double bed below and single on top plus in the loft bedroom there is a double bed and a single day bed if required. Also all linen and towels are supplied and the house is professionally cleaned after each booking.

The chalet has central heating throughout to keep you warm on the chilliest of nights. There is an en-suite to the main bedroom as well as a full guest bathroom and both have under floor heating. A drying and ski storage room and a laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Parking spaces for 2 private cars right at your front door. Three Bears 1 is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, far away from the noise of nightly snow guns.

The main bedroom is located downstairs complete with new King size bed, balcony, built in robes and en suite bathroom. The second bathroom and bath are located one level up closest to the bunk room. The loft is spacious with ample sleeping space for three people and storage.

The well appointed granite finished kitchen leads to a separate dinning room with seating for ten people and has beautiful views of the village.

The Thredbo Leisure Centre is just across the road and offers a 50 meter pool, gymnasium, basketball courts, squash courts, indoor rock climbing and many other activities in winter and summer. Tennis Courts and the Bobsled are also only a short walk from the front door along the Alpine Path. Children can walk along this path to the village centre without having to cross a road.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests "Three Bears 1" is strictly non-smoking.

All linen, towels, pillows etc are provided in 3 Bears.
