Why Neil Whyte chose Perth Hills
The property is amazingly located and secluded, yet only 45 minutes from Perth CBD. We were looking all down South west initially for a few years, and this property was the last found. Instead of people driving for hours in congested traffic ( and getting worse). people of Perth can experience a similar forest and relaxation retreat much closer to Perth.
