Thank you for your review we are always looking for feedback from our guests to ensure we continually improve our guests experience. I will say that we are somewhat shocked and disappointed that it was not up to your expectations and taken back by the number of issues you have outlined. As this is our first negative review we feel compelled to respond so that everyone can have all the relevant information so they can make an informed decision whether to rent from us in the future. I will address each issue as follows: Not enough dishes or glasses. The condo is stocked with 8 sets of glasses and dishes. We have since added another 4 sets for a total of 12. Keep in mind the condo has a dishwasher and with max occupancy of 4 people this should be plenty. Dirty couches on arms/Fridge not clean/lazy Susan dirty. The cleaning staff did a full clean the day before arrival and we have pointed out your specific issues and they have been taken care of. Patio Furniture. Has been cleaned and freshly painted. Small TV in bedroom didn't work. The TV does work however the power button needed to be turned on. We have left instructions on how to do this. Maintenance issues (shower heads, ice-maker, closet doors). Maintenance staff previously cleaned shower heads, they are not corroded and are in working order as they were during your stay. Regarding the ice-maker, your husband spoke to my father who is next door and who assists in guest maintenance/repair issues and your husband said he would contact maintenance himself because "he knows the staff" after renting at Playa Royale previously. After your check out we were surprised to see it was not repaired, we contacted maintenance and it has since been repaired. Maintenance checked closet doors, they work and are functioning with no issues not sure what the problem was. Not enough hangers. We typically leave approx 12 hangers and have since added more for a total of 25 hangers. Hopefully this addresses the issues. The only contact we had from Marianne during her stay was when she requested an early check-in which we had no problem with and allowed her at no charge. For all of these issues I wish Marianne would have sent me a text/email or given me a call and we would have addressed most of these issues immediately. Again we feel disappointed we did not get a chance to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

I am sorry to hear about your experience and will look into it further. The Condo Board has reassured me that all visitors are treated equally and respectfully. I only wish that you had contacted me during your visit so that I could have helped. I tried my best to make your stay at my condo enjoyable.
