About this property

Carnac apartment with private garden 200m from the most beautiful beaches

Rental apartment of 40m2 located 200 m from the beaches of Ty Bihan and Légénèse.

This apartment is located in a green nest on the ground floor of a quiet luxury residence with digital code at the entrance.

It consists of a living room with a sofa, 2 poufs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The living room opens onto a large covered south-facing terrace with a garden enclosed by a gate (garden furniture with 1 table and 6 armchairs as well as 4 deckchairs).
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (fridge-freezer; microwave combination oven; dishwasher; ceramic hob; washing and drying machine; Nespresso coffee machine) with an island that can accommodate 4 people thanks to its extension.
There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) with the possibility of installing a cot for a baby as well as a cabin bedroom with a bed for 2 people (140x190). The bedding is new and of quality.
The bathroom has a shower and a large sink. The toilets are independent.

Possibility to provide on request a free "baby welcome" pack including: cot with a real mattress, high chair, changing mat and baby bath.

Option of household linen including: towels and bath, bath mat, complete bed linen and tea towels. Price of 20 € per person whatever the duration of the stay. To book at the latest one week before arrival in the apartment and to be paid on site.


This apartment will allow you to enjoy the joys of the seaside (beach, shore fishing, nautical activities, children's beach club ...) while having all the amenities nearby (Casino supermarket, bakery, newsagent, restaurant. ..).

You can also visit the many tourist places in the region, namely the famous Carnac Alignments on Carnac but also Quiberon with its wild coast and its departure for the Houat, Groix, Belle Ile or even Trinité sur Mer islands with its port of pleasure.
You can also discover Auray and its charming little port of St Goustan and if you do another ten kilometers you will arrive in Vannes where you can visit its ramparts, half-timbered houses, its old port ... before embarking for a cruise in the Gulf of Morbihan and you will get to know one of the most beautiful bays in the world which is no less composed of 42 islands and islands ... a whole program ...

Great apartment in Carnac

We had an excellent stay at this lovely apartment in Carnac. The apartment was clean, cheerful, and very well located to explore many of the great Carnac beaches. It had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Mme Dumont was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to be back.

Appartement en rez de jardin, situé à 300m de la plage dans une résidence calme. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour avec un enfant de 2 ans et des jeux de société très appréciables pour les journées un peu pluvieuses !!Situation géographique idéal pour visiter toute la baie de Quiberon ! Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le petit jardin et la terrasse à l’abri du vent et de la pluie ont été très appréciés des petits et des grands.Les plages de Légenèse et de Ty Bihan sont accessibles à pieds, c’est bien agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires s’est très bien passée.C’était super! Merci :-)

Après 8h de route découverte d' un endroit magnifique, gite cocooning et a 2 pas l'océan et ses plages. Visite dans la région des dolmens de des menhirs qui sont spectaculaires, des villages et villes. Bref un séjour riche de culture, de ballades, etc... A refaire dès que possible.

Endroit idéal pour passer un très beau séjour à découvrir Carnac et ses environs.

Un grand merci à Claire DUMONT pour sa disponibilité dans les échanges en vue de la préparation du séjour et son excellent accueil dès notre arrivée. Location très bien située avec tout à proximité, la mer, la plage, possibilité d'aller à pied dans les commerces de bord de plage. Très bien localisé ! Une petite amélioration possible : avoir des oreillers un peu plus confortables, ils étaient en effet pas mal disloqués, en raison je pense de nombreux lavages et changer la lunette des toilettes, elle est fissurée. Sinon Équipements au top: sèche linge notamment, machine Nespresso, très sympa!
