"La Mer" (French for The Sea) is located in one of the prime areas at Coronet Bay on Champ Elysees Esplanade located only 150 metres from one of the safest beaches in Australia.

This property has (3) Bedrooms, with the main bedroom ( Queen size bed) the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and single on top. Can sleep a total of 7 people YES SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

"La Mer" is ideal for couples or families who want to escape the city turmoil and enjoy a full experience without the fuss. Enjoy a day at the beach or visit the numerous attractions in the Gippsland region and at night pamper yourself with a relaxing spa, read a book or enjoy time with your family or partner or if you love fishing, there are ample boat launching facilities at nearby Corinella.

This is a secret gem of a place, you can experience the hustle and bustle of Phillip Island and then retreat to Coronet Bay only 15 minutes away.

Coronet Bay is a hidden gem and people who visit want to come back. Only a one and a half-hour drive from Melbourne, Coronet Bay is nestled along the coastal area between the towns of Grantville and San Remo and only 15 minutes from Phillip Island.

The main feature is a very safe beach with barbeques, a children's play area, BMX track, local bus, and community centre.

The local store is 80 metres from "La Mer", is open every day and has everything for the holidaymaker including liquor, DVD hire, basic food items, and hot coffee.

There is plenty to do with a number of Bass wineries, cheese factories, and venison farms.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great so close to the quiet beach. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed such a fans in each room, comfy beds and plenty of storage. Quiet location and across the road is the general store with a variety of takeaway and supermarket items. Would definately stay again. Only negative was the electric stove that took way too long to heat up.

Great holiday house

Le Mer was the perfect place for our little family to stay while we were attending the Moto GP on Phillip Island! Its in a great quiet location in Coronet Bay with the local store just a stones throw away. The house had everything we needed and more, it was clean and very homely. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back!

Relaxing!

One of the most relaxing places we have stayed. The accommodation was exactly as advertised, close to beach, quiet and perfect for a relaxing week away for the family. Thank you to Nick and Mersine, communication was excellent and made the stay very easy.

Great place to stay near the beach

We found this property to be neat and tidy. Everything was well organised and some basic cooking and bathroom essentials were provided. The space was big enough for our family of 5 and there was a good selection of board games and dvds for entertainment. Our favourite part was how close the house is located to the beach, which we visited everyday. We had some great swimming weather but even on cooler days it was so easy to pop back home if we didn’t want to stay long. Our stay was over New Year’s Eve and we went to the local NYE event that was put on by the community which was just a 2 minute walk away. It was very family friendly with live music, food trucks and amazing fireworks on the beach. Well worth it if you are in the area during this time. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

The second time around

This was the second time we've stayed, during the Easter break too. Like before, a gorgeous, relaxing and peaceful holiday away from hectic life. The location is just great. The property is pristine and very livable. Thanks again Nick & Mercine.

Wont be back unfortunately

Good location however on arrival the accommodation was very musty and smelled like mould until we aired the place. We could hear someone in the place above and their floors were squeaking when they walked.That Woke us at 5:30 am on Sunday.

Fantastic place to stay

We had an amazing time staying here. The property is lovely & very clean. It has everything you need. It is so close to the beach - which we visited every day! The fish & chips from the general store are yum! Would highly recommend. We'll be back for sure!

Clean and comfortable

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and all the essentials were provided; coffee/tea, towels, crockery and more. It was peaceful and the very short walk to the beach and shops was a bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with Nick.

A haven - steps from a serene beach and within easy reach of Phillip Island

We truly enjoyed relaxing at La Mer which is well-equipped and located so close to a general store, playground and beautiful, calm beach (perfect for little ones). Phillip Island and its many family-friendly attractions are within easy reach by car. Coles delivers to this property, so we arranged for all our essentials to arrive at the door soon after we arrived, ready to start chilling out. Plenty of storage space including coat hangers. Everything has been thought of. Great communication by hosts. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous slice of heaven

It was just beautiful. We went for a holiday with the option of a beach and the plan was to do not much. That is exactly what we got. It was a gorgeous home away from home. Nick and Mercine are lovely people who own the place. Even put up with our slighty loud and possibly roudy footy spectating! It was perfect! Exactly the holiday we were looking for. Thanks Nick and Mercine. We will see you again!

Spotless property. Utensils galore. Games. Space.

Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean inside. Peaceful spot. Rear deck and umbrella. BBq. Many cooking utensils. Supplied oil and other thoughtful items including 1l milk which was not expected. Also has pod coffee machine and pods. Furniture is very nice and comfortable. Very Spacious for two adults and 2 kids and fine for 4 adults and 2-3 kids also.

A stay at La Mer

A most beautiful tranquil setting, a very comfortable and pleasant environment. We felt right at home immediately, with the apartment having everything we needed. The decor is restful, the setting so close to the bay, there was nothing extra we needed. Nick & Mersine have thought of everything & were very easy to communicate with, no complications, just friendly & welcoming. Thanks for a really great getaway!

Well equipped lovely holiday home

This is a great property, exactly as described. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and had plenty of cupboard space for our own groceries. The bathroom also had an unusual amount of storage space. So clean and easy to use.

The perfect place to relax and unwind

We had the most amazing and relaxing time. La Mer had everything and more needed for the perfect family get away. It is also located in walking distance from the beach, playground and corner store which was ideal for us and our 2 young children. Was lovely to meet Nick as well who popped over to quickly say hi and see if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend La Mer and we are already planning to go back again soon. Enjoyable stay

Well appointed and best living area design of all holiday stays we have enjoyed over many years. Owners easy to contact and went above and beyond when weather issues out of their control impacted our arrival. Always felt able to relax and enjoy the many little luxuries this accommodation affords.
