Los condominios de lujo Westwinds están convenientemente ubicados entre la playa y el Canal Intracostero, directamente en la Bahía de Boca Ciega ... rodeados de restaurantes, tiendas, actividades al aire libre y entretenimiento. El hermoso diseño abierto y actualizado de la cocina es exclusivo de Westwinds y el único de su tipo en este acogedor complejo de 36 unidades. Las impresionantes vistas abiertas de la bahía se ven realzadas por esta unidad del tercer piso y se disfruta fácilmente desde la espaciosa sala de estar y la hermosa cocina totalmente equipada con hermosas encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.
Esta unidad de casi 800 pies cuadrados tiene un amplio dormitorio principal con cama king size y colchón nuevo y somier, así como un nuevo ventilador de techo. Un baño reluciente con ducha / bañera justo al lado de la habitación. El salón también ofrece un sofá cama queen size, una mesa de cocina completamente nueva con 4 sillas y un nuevo ventilador de techo. Se ha instalado una iluminación LED actualizada en toda esta unidad.
Las hermosas playas del Golfo de México están a solo unos pasos del frente del condominio. The condo was well furnished. Loved the beach accessories. Great location within walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and beach right across the street. Beautiful pool area and lounging area outside next to water. Great stay!

Great location

We enjoyed being on the bay side, the view, patio, docks. The BBQ grill is cleaned every day with utensils. We grilled twice. You can walk to Publix, beach, boardwalk and restaurants.

nice place

we were worried that the place would not be good after hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised it was just as nice as last year the area is really coming back . You get the best of both worlds beautiful sunrises out the window and sunsets at the beach just across the street . Grocery store is a short walk

Wonderful condo in a great location

This condo was a great place to stay. We could literally walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. We walked to eat out and grab supplies at the local Publix. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and furnished. We had everything we needed. There was a picture perfect view from the family room window. We enjoyed the heated pool even on a cooler day. Communication was perfect and the cleanliness of the condo was amazing.

Wonderful!

Picture windows from the condo look out onto the bay/pool area and Steve & Karen have stocked the place with everything needed for a beach getaway: beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. They've thought of everything! Even a cute welcome basket with snacks and wine (with noisemakers to ring in the New Year), greeted us! Great stay.

Slice of paradise

Wonderfully presented condo with some of the most breathtaking views across the inter coastal water ways . It's had absolutely everything you could possibly need and a whole load of stuff you didn't think about needing. Lovely clean , fresh and with stylish stainless steel appliances, we would definitely go back . If I'm honest the online pictures don't do it justice.

Perfect place for a retreat

I stayed a week for my annual business refresh and planning retreat (solo) and this beautiful and clean condo was the perfect spot for it. While I worked I had a fantastic view of the intercoastal, with plenty of wildlife (love the pelicans the best!). But when it's time to go out and enjoy the Beach, it's literally right across the street. All this plus the fact that Publix is 1/2 block away (I like to cook my own meals), it checked all the boxes for me. I have already booked for next year!

Amazing view and perfect location

This is the perfect place for a nice beach getaway. The condo is exceptionally clean and Steve was excellent with communication. The view is magnificent and the condo had every amenity. All you have to do is bring your clothes. They had everything else. Steps from the beach and a perfect view of inter coastal! My son really enjoyed the pool as well! Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

Slice of Heaven

The pictures of the condo are exactly what you get when you walk in. very pretty view. Three fishing docks off the back and short walk to the beach. The owner has thought of most everything. The only thing I saw missing that we could have used was a muffin tin. You have everything you need for the beach. The owner was great about communication. Easiest process ever. I would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT!

What a wonderful condo! Our family of four stayed more than comfortably here and truly enjoyed our vacation. The condo had everything we wanted and needed. If we were ever needing something, we found it - extra sunscreen, kids cups and plates, everything needed to make the beach fun and easy! The condo has a beautiful view and overlooks the pool - which was perfect for us so our daughter could hang in the condo and still get our attention from the window while we were poolside if needed. The condo is within walking distance to everything you need - Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and bars, the beach, etc. Steve and Karen were incredible hosts - excellent communication and even left us a basket of little toys, treats, and goodies. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

This condo was immaculate and fully furnished! We could have arrived with our toothbrushes, flip flops and swimwear and been complete. Beautiful view and comfortable outdoor seating area. Steve and Karen could not have been any better hosts than they were. Seriously, one of the best places I've ever stayed. We walked to the grocery, restaurants, beach across the street, everything was so handy. We are looking forward to next year! Greg & Cecelia P

Great stay in Treasure Island!

This was a great experience for our family. Steve had great communication with us before and throughout our stay. Their place is in a great location with awesome views of the bay and right across the street from the beach. There was a cross walk right outside the building making it easy for our family to cross the street to the beach. It’s also right down the street from a Publix grocery store as well as several restaurants. The beach was never crowded and they also have everything you need for your stay (umbrellas, chairs and a cart). We also had access to the on-site laundry facilities which was great. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying again in the future!

My wife Karen and I have been living in the area since May of 2018. We moved here from the Midwest to enjoy the warm winters, beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, and active year round outdoor living. We have been taking annual vacations for almost 20 years to the state of Florida and explored coastal beaches on both sides of the state. We fell in love with gulf coast area because of the beautiful white sandy beaches, warm waters in the Gulf of Mexico, and the wide variety of cultural and entertainment venues.

We have been looking at condos as a combination second home/ vacation rental for some time now. After searching up and down the gulf coast from Venice Beach to Clearwater Beach, we literally almost stumbled upon the beautiful Westwinds Waterfront Resort in Treasure Island with a bit of an old Florida vibe. We were amazed how conveniently close it was to almost anything and everything you would want to do while you're on vacation. You can be as active as you want or just chill and relax at the beach or the pool.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our unit has so many unique benefits that not every condo or vacation rental offers, including a Key Pad with keyless entry. A unique 4 digit code is given to each guest prior to check in so no guests have to worry about sharing the same code #. If our guests arrive later in the day they won't have to worry about picking up a key from the Owner or trying to locate a lock box. Our 3rd floor unit offers just about the most spectacular water views of any unit at the Westwinds. And having access to an elevator just steps from our front door was a big plus for us. After a long day at the beach, it's not much fun having to drag beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons up 3 flights of stairs.
Another plus was having easy access to free laundry facilities right next to the elevator and, again, just a few steps from our condo. We provide laundry soap at no charge for all our guests.
In addition to all of this, you are literally within a 5-8 minute walk to numerous, restaurants, shops, grocery store and pharmacy and a few blocks from a marina where you can rent any type of watercraft you might desire.
This hidden gem of Treasure Island has everything you need to make your vacation a fun and memorable experience. As proud owners, that is our commitment to each of our guests.
