Everything was great! Except for the fireplace shown in the main picture around the outside sofa was swaped out of just a regular table. And the bedspread need washed, it had dirty and somthing spilled on ut.

Amazing Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both the houses we rented were fantastic. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, very important with 8 guys! the kitchen was big and had all the amenities we needed. BBQ in the back and sundeck were an added bonus. The house was clean and move-in and move-out was simple. Also, the Ledges team was wonderful and made everything easy for us.

Great home and amenities. Located perfectly in between downtown and Tuachan. Both of which we visited! We were a group of 13 and really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great! Not super busy and pretty decent sized! We also liked that there were some pool toys at the pool. We wished there was one more bathroom for the big bunkbed room, but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

We had a family trip with our grown kids and families, and this rental was just perfect! The house fit our needs so well and we enjoyed the back patio, upper patio, and the pool across the street.

Nice Quiet Property

Perfect get away home at the Ledges.

We loved the house! It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and relaxing! It was conveniently located for our trip to the Tuachan. We definitely want to stay there again!

Roomy and clean

We had a wonderful time staying here with our family. Plenty of space for 11 of us. The teenagers loved having ping pong in the garage, and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball on site. It was easy to get to all the spots in St George that we wanted to visit

Great Time

We were there for a soccer tournament and stayed in the house with a few other families. The size was perfect and we were all able to relax and enjoy our time together. It's a beautiful property and location!

Wonderful Family Time

We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving with most of our family there. It was comfortable, safe, and close to sand dunes and other locations of interest. We had a turkey trot around the neighborhood that was great fun for all! Very, very nice stay!

Great neighborhood, great house

Everything was just as it was described. The house was perfect. Everybody loved it and the neighborhood was very clean. The location was close enough to hit stores if you wanted to as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

A little out of the way but, a beautiful property!

The property was very nice and clean. It was a little far from grocery stores. or really anything! The pool was very cold but clean and nice! We would stay there again!

Fun trip

This property had everything we were looking for. It was clean and was the perfect place for multiple families. It had so many amenities we couldn’t use them all. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances it made cooking in great.
