We appreciate your feedback and willingness to have a post-stay conversation regarding the issues that you experienced. I apologize that the toilet was not fixed on the first visit from the maintenance team and I discussed this shortcoming with our management company. We really strive for each guest's stay to be comfortable and worry free, so I hate that your stay was interrupted by an ongoing maintenance issue. Again, we truly appreciate that you chose our condo for your Orange Beach vacation and we regret that the stay did not deliver the experience that we want and expect for our guests.

The elevators are being updated this summer, so unfortunately they have all been out of order at some point while work is being performed. Hi Jaime - We are so sorry for the issues that we were experiencing with the plumbing leak during your stay. Unfortunately the problem was misdiagnosed several times and therefore it was a lengthy and inconvenient repair process. We take our maintenance very seriously and had the issue looked at by a plumber, general handyman and 2 HVAC professionals before it was correctly assessed and repaired. Again, we thank you for your patience during your stay and hope that the refund we issued makes up for the inconvenience that you experienced. Hi Jammie - We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your kind words! This summer we have had a very hard time successfully addressing the leak that impacted the kitchen ceiling and bedroom wall. Because of the extent of the leak, the hole had to remain open longer than anticipated and a drying agent had to be applied before it could be patched. It has been an extremely frustrating experience for us, and most importantly, our guests. Please accept our genuine apologies! At this point, we believe that it is fixed for good and we are very excited to have that issue behind us. Again, we deeply regret that our maintenance issue impacted your stay. That said, we are super happy to hear that you were comfortable in our place and got to enjoy our beautiful beach! Dylan & Jamie
