Cette unité est une unité autonome de 2 chambres et 2 chambres avec une cuisine complète et des équipements de cuisine. Il ya un système de chauffage très efficace qui vous gardera au chaud et confortable tout au long. L'eau chaude abondante et instantanée. La chambre principale comprend un lit queen size confortable et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La 2ème chambre contient une couchette double (lits simples). De plus, il y a deux canapés simples confortables pouvant être utilisés comme lits, ainsi qu'un lit moderne pliant avec des matelas à double épaisseur la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin des bijoux sont également fournis comme c'est un pichet /. Il y a beaucoup de Doona / Des couvertures et des oreillers pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (utilisant le canapé et le lit pliant). La salle de bain contient une douche / toilette / lavabo et un grand évier en acier avec un radiateur mural efficace. Il y a un beau balcon qui donne sur le lac Jindabyne et le soleil du matin. Aussi une vue complète des montagnes enneigées comme un chèque météo quotidienne des conditions de la montagne. Cette unité est à 5 minutes du lac et des zones de pique-nique qui rend également idéal pour l'été et d'autres activités. Il y a un lock-up de garage en plein écran (protégé contre les intempéries) menant directement dans l'unité. Il y a un sèche-linge pleinement opérationnel dans le garage et une baignoire Washing- pleine taille dans la salle de bain qui peut être utilisé pour le rinçage et le lavage des vêtements. Sinon, les facilités de blanchisserie sont disponibles à Nuggets Passage à seulement quelques minutes.

The location is excellent, walking distance to town centre, with supermarkets, coffee shops & eateries. Warm and comfortable, great for a family of 4. We really appreciated having 2 bathrooms & laundry facilities. Kitchen has all the basics. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming family accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. Good value
Very clean, great location, good value. Only half hour drive to Thredbo and Perisher Valley to do various walks including the summit walk and porcupine walk. Kozzie summit was snow covered! Lake Jindabyne is less than 10 minutes walk from apartment. Host Johnny was very helpful and clear with instructions. had a great stay with our 2 young adult children.

Good location, property is small and in poor condition.
The property is in a good location within Jindabyne but wasn’t in good condition and is small.
We weren’t given sheets, towels or soap and were instructed to vacuum the property and empty all the bins into the main bins within the complex.
There is also no wifi or dishwasher. The heating upstairs is good but downstairs was cold. The carpet seemed very old/dirty and the general condition of the unit wasn’t good.
We were also sent a long list of things we had to do before arriving that we weren’t aware of prior to booking.
It wasn’t a terrible place but it wasn’t exactly cheap.

Location and two bathrooms (one brand new) is the key for a short holiday stay.The townhouse is meticulously cleaned after each guest and inspected. While the carpet is old it is shampooed 3 times annually and therefore clean whilst not looking like new .necv nevertheless it is clean. and vacuumed after each guest departs. the check-in letter specifically states that there is a vacuum cleaner provided "for the guest's personal use" no instruction whatsoever for the guest to vacuum but left there for any spills..
While Linen has never been provided each guest is given the option of either providing their own or hiring it at an added cost..(99% of guests elect to provide their own which has been the case over the past 22 years).
Apart from the perfect location, my townhouse is also one of the very few that offers an internal garage and with 2 bathrooms on different levels delivers great value for money

Old school, and certainly not fancy, but this townhouse had everything we required for our small family. Heating was great in every room (except cool breeze in hallway), dryer, washer, two bathrooms, cooking stuff. Sun in the afternoon was lovely. Great snow!! We didn't use garage for our car although we could have, but was handy for snow gear.
(Maybe I'm pedantic but there were a few cobwebs and a couple of things on the floor that may have been been forgotten about when cleaning - We didn't think it was a 'covid' clean and were worried that Sydney peeps may have been there during lockdown).
I thought for the price that linen should be included but otherwise, the place had all we needed, despite simplicity. I wish we had booked last minute to get 'covid' prices. Still, we had a great weekend. Thanks.

Top Little Apartment
I Have now stayed a number of times and will again,its close to the lake as I like to fish and close to town, resturants, club and pub facilities. Its a top little apartment for the price.

Location, location, location
My husband and I with our four teenaged daughters had a lovely week at this apartment in January. The apartment is basic but very affordable, and we were there to have an outdoorsy holiday. During our week we canoed in Lake Jindabyne, climbed Kosciuszko, tried out the local Japanese restaurant, played tennis, jogged along the the edge of the lake, walked around Sawpit Creek and a couple of us went on a trail ride. Jindabyne is a great destination.

We are a family of avid skiers and love our times at Jindabyne in both Summer and winter. Having formally living on a farm in Jindabyne in the 80's Jindabyne and Thredbo is our second home . We live in Sydney on the Northern Beaches to pursue our other interests such as Surfing and touch football . We love our trips to Jindabyne in summer with the lovely walks in the mountains and its beautiful to get away from the clammy heat of summer in Sydney. there is also so much to do in Jindabyne
if any gust needs an literary or the names of all the operators around this area please do not hesitate to ask me and i will be happy to give you places you can visit e.g.(horse riding/distillery/trout farm/maze/restaurants at Thredbo/leisure centre at Thredbo /bowling club/tennis and golf course and many more attractions.

I purchased this property due to its location to the lake/town centre/and mountains It is completely self contained with an internal garage and a safe space for a boat and trailer. Its warm and cosy in winter and being Brick has a great temperature in summer with little or no humidity. its also a quite location with no noisy neighbours.In fact my nearest neighbours live there all year round which is great.No noisy parties and safe for kids.
