The newly refurbished and larger Sunshine Plaza is within walking distance or a very short drive away with amazing new shops, cafes, bars and cinemas. A huge Timezone has also just been added to the Plaza.
The Big Top centre has bowling and amusement arcade . The kids wont be bored!

When it’s time to relax there is no need to cross the road to access the sandy beach as there is an underpass approx 50 meters from the front door (turn right) to take you directly to the beach and rivers edge... or just sit on the balcony overlooking the water and enjoy watching the activities.

You have endless possibilities to choose from ,bike or walk your dog along the footpath, kayak along the calm Maroochy river. Cross the footbridge to Chambers Island for a picnic where kids can play on the newly updated playground.

We have kayaks with life jackets at the property that you are welcome to borrow. We just ask that you carry the kayaks to and from the water and not drag them as it ruins the bottom.
Boats, jet ski, extra kayaks or catamaran can be hired 100 metres up the road from Swan boat hire

Within walking distance or a short drive to Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beach.

We are a vegan friendly property so no leather couches or feather quilts. Guest amenities are cruelty free.

Our standard rate is $250 a night...great value for up to 6 guests! 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
Although we charge a one off cleaning fee of $160 We DO NOT charge for linen, towels, portacot, high chair, wifi , pets or kayaks

Bus stop on Bradman ave plus courtesy buses are available to most local surf and RSL Clubs

Your beds will be made up with fresh linen for your stay , we also leave a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, doggie treats, soy milk and fruit juice.

YOUR PET IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT BUT NOT ON BEDS OR FURNITURE PLEASE, THE CLEANERS WILL CHARGE EXTRA FOR DOG HAIRS ON FURNITURE OR FOR FOLDING COTS.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Electric oven and cook top and a dishwasher ready to take care of the cleaning.

Flat screen TV in lounge and also in the main bedroom.

Outside there is a fenced small garden with gated entry , room enough to store a tinny or canoes

The single garage houses a washing machine and dryer.
PLEASE NOTE…The garage attached to this unit is small so if you have a large car street parking is available …at no stage is a car to be parked in driveway as it blocks in other tenants , thanks
