Beautiful home just minutes from the Air Force Academy!

This 5 bedroom/3 bath ranch-style home is a short 3 mile drive to the North entrance of the Air Force Academy. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a very quiet and private neighborhood. There are several great mountain views from the house, as you relax and enjoy the Colorado scenery. This is an excellent place to stay for your AFA graduation visit, or Colorado vacation!
- Sleeps a maximum of 10-12 people (space for 10 in beds; couches also available; air mattress available upon request).
- Open Kitchen area, with bar stool seating for 4 and kitchen table for 4.
- Large dining room table that can seat up to 8 people.
- Main floor master bedroom with king sized bed, and spacious 5 piece master bath
- (1) Additional room on main floor with queen bed.
- (3) Three rooms in the basement level (2 queen; 1 full sized)
- 2 full bathrooms upstairs (master and main)
-1 full bathroom in basement
- 42'' flat screen tv on the main level, with DVD and Roku player
- Basement has a 55"' flat screen tv with a PS4 & Wii U game console.
- Free wireless internet access.
- Spacious, finished basement area with loveseat, beanbag chairs, pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard.
- Main level washer/dryer.
- Centralized air conditioning.
- Gas fireplace on the main level.
- Back patio has: gas grill, gas firepit, seating and hanging lights
- Quick access to nearby trails and parks
- Two garage parking spaces, along with 3 additional spaces in the driveway.

Perfect location for USAFA Graduation week!

The property was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Conveniently located. It was so nice having a house to come back to every day after each day’s activities where everyone could gather and relax together.

Awesome House Great Location for AFA Parents

We rented the house for 2018 USAFA graduation the proximity to North Gate could not be better. The house is a spacious ranch, 2 bedrooms up and 3 down. Very nice game room in the basement. The hosts were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Don't hesitate, book this house!
