This beautifully remodeled three-story home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2,600 sq ft of bright, comfortable living space designed for gathering and relaxing. The home is equipped with central A/C to keep you comfortable in every season.
The main level features an open floor plan with a two-story vaulted ceiling, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a large smart TV for streaming. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample counterspace, updated appliances, and everything you need for easy meal prep. A dining area sits just off the kitchen, the kitchen also offers direct access to the upper deck for outdoor dining under the mountain sky. A half bathroom and full laundry room add convenience to your stay.
Also on the main level is a master suite with a king bed, work desk, and an attached bathroom featuring double vanities and a spacious walk-in shower, an ideal setup for guests preferring to avoid stairs.
The downstairs walkout level is your entertainment hub. Enjoy a ping-pong table, foosball, board games, a large smart TV, and a comfortable sectional. A bar with a mini-fridge is ready to be stocked with your favorite drinks. This level also features a second king suite with a private bathroom and an additional workspace for privacy and productivity.
Upstairs, a loft provides a third dedicated workspace. You'll also find a king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk plus an additional twin bed. These rooms share a full bathroom located just outside the hallway.

- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
