You have to see it to believe it…beautiful Tuscan inspired estate with 5 large bedroom suites each with its own full bath plus an office with a queen Murphy bed. Gourmet fully stocked kitchen with multiple dining areas for large gatherings and entertaining. The front range views with pikes peak are stunning. Large deck overlooking the bocce ball court and enormous hot tub that comfortably fits 12. It’s practically a pool!
The basement has a wet bar area, sauna, pool table (ping pong), large movie viewing area work out room and walks out to the back yard.
You are just a few blocks from the golf club (open to anyone) where you can grab a drink, hit a bucket of balls or golf a full 18 holes on an amazing course that has killer views.
There are miles of trails for walking/hiking/bike rides (mountain bikes available for use).
You will not want to leave this destination vacation rental!
Newly built indoor pickleball court with arranged use included or an event space with prior arrangement and extra fees.

This property was perfect for our family gathering for our daughters graduation from the Air Force Academy, There were plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep and different areas of the house so everyone had their own space. The Pickleball Court was beautiful and the hot tub was super relaxing. The hosts were very attentive and we definitely recommend!

We used this beautiful home for a military retirement ceremony. It was perfection and the owners were incredible to work with! We are so blessed to have found not only a perfect location, but a home that was beautiful, clean and spacious. It housed all of our immediate family both before and after the ceremony, and we all had an amazing time with the amenities in and surrounding the home. The owners were flexible and allowed us set up and decorate as we wished, and host our many guests who attended (even our pup who took part in the ceremony). We are so grateful and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This home is beautiful, with lots of open spaces and amenities. The homeowner, Sarah, was easy to communicate with and made herself available for any questions we might have. Our adult children and grandchildren had a wonderful time. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great Stay

Our group of golfers had had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The home was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better!). Everything was well-stocked—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and linens—which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. We had an electrical issue and the host had everything remedied in no time at all. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful appointed home

This beautiful home was just what we needed to accomodate a large family visting from the east coast to attend USAFA's commencement. It felt just like a home away from home; so warm and comfortable. It was everything we expected. We were sad to leave! Thank you for everything!

Air Force Academy Graduation

This property was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The house is extremely large and comfortable. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom so each of our family members and their spouses had privacy and convenience. All three main living areas had extremely comfortable furniture and were ideal for visiting and watching TV. The downstairs had a chess table and pool table that got used throughout the day. We were even able to enjoy our own private indoor pickleball court which was way above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this property for any large group trying to stay to together and make a wonderful memory.

Gorgeous huge home in beautiful setting

Our extended family of 12 (10 adults, two children ages 5 and 6, and a small dog) stayed here for a week. The home was impeccably clean. The house is HUGE - over 6600 square feet! We appreciated that the host family is as geeky as we are over Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. The young adults went crazy over the fancy coffee machine and we loved the double waffle maker. The gigantic spa was used, we played bocce ball, and the ping-pong/pool table saw plenty of use. There were tons of extra towels and sheets (we took towels to whitewater rafting, and to the incredible splash pad at John Venezia Park, and of course used some for the spa). Sarah met part of our group at check-in and showed them all we needed to know. She was very responsive throughout our week, and very helpful with suggestions for dining and recreation. The host family lives in this house, so be aware that closets and dressers are not available for use. The hosts do provide clothes racks in most of the rooms. Also, the pickleball court is gorgeous, but there is an additional charge to use it. My husband instead drove to a nearby park to meet other players and to play for free (also a recommendation from Sarah!) The area is just beautiful. I loved just seeing the views from all the windows and porches. It was a bit hot while we were there so we didn't spend tons of time outside during the day. Thank you, Sarah and family, for an amazing home for us to enjoy for the week! We had a wonderful time!

Well located. Layout good for a large group. Lovely views from two levels of porches, plenty of furniture. The house was clean on the surface. The outdoor grill was so dirty that we lined the grates with foil before cooking. The owner came the next day and cleaned it, sorta. Self-cleaning ovens were dirty, the washing machine had a strong musty odor.Home is a personal residence that is rented periodically. Storage for guests was very limited. Many kitchen cabinets were packed to overflowing. We were concerned with things falling out and breaking. The only partially empty kitchen cabinet was above head height, and inconvenient for storing food. The bedroom for 6 had no empty drawers, no luggage racks, and a single hanging rod with only 4 hangers. Other bedrooms had 1 or 2 empty drawers and a rack. Common areas busy with breakables.Before checkout, we notified the owner that we had broken a cup and a plate that had been left in the refrigerator. We also inadvertently packed a charging cable, which I promptly mailed back. Our security deposit was charged 10 for the cup and 50 for the plate. It was also charged 50 for missing pickleball paddles, which we did not take. We were disappointed with how the damage claim was handled and with the communication afterward, including being told that we should have purchased damage insurance.House has many positive qualities, and our family enjoyed being together there. It could have been a great experience.

I find this review very disappointing (and saddening). I understand you are upset that I received partial reimbursement for the items that you broke/took, but that’s the process. The homeowner should not have to have things broken and not be replaced. I make it mandatory for all my renters to purchase insurance and somehow VRBO let you not purchase this and gave you a huge unauthorized discount on top of it. You complained about a lot of things before you even got here. Somehow you worked the system and got an additional $600 off your stay because you claimed fees were added. This has been the worst experience I’ve had yet in my many years of renting on VRBO. I ended up spending twice the amount on the cleaning fee because of how the house was left. I don’t know if that makes you feel better or what, but like I said, very disappointing. Also, both the oven and the washing machine are new within the last year or two. I don’t know what you are talking about with it being dirty or smelling. Perhaps the door got closed? You are correct, the grill was not cleaned as it got missed by the cleaners. I came over the very next day and you stood and watched me clean it with all of the cleaning brushes sitting right next to the grill. I do apologize that was missed though. I wish you the best on your next vacation rental experience.

Absolutely beautiful home with AMAZING views!

Although we didn't stay at the property much (because we were attending my daughter's pre/post wedding events) I know that if I have a need for a beautiful large home again in the future we will definitely stay here again! Not only an amazing home with beautiful views, the property manager was very responsive and super kind!

Great host, perfect property

Sarah was very easy to work with. She had great communication and went above and beyond to make our stay stress free. Brought extra propane when we ran out and was readily available with other questions. The property is just beautiful. Extremely spacious with a very open feeling upstairs kitchen and living room, wrap around balcony and downstairs porch, 12 person hot tub. Everything was great. My entire group thoroughly enjoyed the location and yours will too! We would definitely stay here again!

Extraordinary Experience

Hosts were phenomenal and the residence was impeccable. In addition to the home being fully stocked with supplies, the hosts made themselves available 24/7. 20+ years of traveling as a military family and this was by far our best experience ever. We will never forget our Tuscan experience!

Great for a large get together!

What an awesome place. We had a group of 9 and each party/couple had their own room and in-suite. We really enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and sauna! The place could have done for more instructions as the hot tub, sauna and stereo were fairly confusing, but otherwise we had an amazing stay!
