フロリダ州アンナマリア島の美しい「ビーンポインテ」からほんの数軒のAMIにある家族のビーチハウスに滞在することを歓迎します。 私たちは約15年間このビーチハウスを所有しており、私が来るたびに、ここで体験する美しさとリラクゼーションに感動します。
2つの屋根付き駐車場と、さらに4台の車を駐車するのに十分な部屋を提供します。 （市の駐車法に注意してください。 タイヤは、道路から6インチ以上離れている必要があります。

Beautiful beach house

We really enjoyed this beach house. It was perfect for a family. Lots of beach toys and chairs and a nice beach tent. So close to bean point and close to lots of shops and eateries. Loved it

Perfect location on the beach and in the town of Anna Maria. The house is well appointed with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The kitchen is well stocked.

Beautiful 24 hour View

The view from the deck and kitchen/ living room area is beautiful. Watch the dolphins, manatees, and schools of fish swim by. Great place to swim and fish in front of your house. The house is very comfortable and roomy.

Waves & sand, from perfect vista

This property was exactly what the photos portrayed. Living room, kitchen, and dining room with lots of glass were about 30’ from the breaking waves. There were beautiful views of the water and the skyway at night. It was close to Bean Point Beach and Rod ‘n Reel pier. We loved every minute here!

Fabulous location, tons of beach gear!

Location on the bay between Rod and Reel and Bean Point is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stay on the bay, you won’t regret it! This house has everything you could want for the beach-chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing rods, inflatables, boogie boards. Amenities inside the house are great. Beds are comfy. Kitchen very well equipped. The owner, Katie, is extremely friendly and responsive. We had an amazing week!

Perfect Beach House

What a great beach house! Two adults and 4 children fit comfortably in this sweet house on the Bay. Kitchen well stocked, location is so perfect- literally on the sandy beach! Walk out and steps away is the beautiful clear water. Kids loved swimming, kayaking and soaking up the sun. Daily manatee and dolphin sightings! Rode our bikes to restaurants, shops, playground and more. Our family had a lovely week- thank you for sharing your perfect beach house!!

Sweet spot

Loved listening to the waves and being at the waters edge We had a perfect week weather wise and we’re able to enjoy all Bikes, kayak, paddle board, swimming Saw so many different species of birds! Also dolphin, manatees, stingray Only issue I had was checking in They were 2 hours late High season Etc etc, flat tire Not everything was cleaned properly Still 5 stars in my book Katie was great to deal with She told me she’d give me a credit for late check in Not sure how to see it on my account All in all Loved it all Bean point beach sunsets are amazing!

Beautiful Ocean View

This house has a wonderful view of Tampa Bay - you can see the Skyway bridge, Eggmont Key, and sun/moon rise. We saw dolphins and birds. It is located on the east side of the island so not a lot of sun. The small beach unfortunately was hit by Hurricane Ian so there is not enough beach to really use it, even though the owners have tried to fix it. HOWEVER - Beach access is really close within a few minutes walk or short drive to public beaches. Otherwise, a nice stay in a comfy house with a spectacular ocean view.

Beautiful location! Wake up on the water!

Great house on the bay side of the island. House has everything you need and the owner, Katie, was very responsive. Kitchen is fabulous and the views can’t be beat. It was wonderful to wake up and sit on the deck and watch the birds and sailboats. Our group of 6 opted to walk the short distance to Bean Point to maximize our time in the sun. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas so no need to pack those items. Owner was kind enough to ensure there was a slow cooker, so meals were a quick fix in the morning - ready after your day at the beach. We had donuts delivered through GrubHub from Island Donuts. They were still warm when they arrived- highly recommend! Would definitely rent again, everything about it was easy and relaxing - thanks Katie!

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island so we were not at all familiar with location of the houses on the island. We knew Bean Point was a popular spot so thats how we decided on this property. It was just a short walk to Bean Point which was absolutely gorgeous! This was a gathering place each night to watch the sunset! The beach was literally our back yard, so you didnt have to pack up and camp out for the day! Easy to go back and forth. The house was perfect. We cooked and ate most meals in so a well stocked kitchen was a must. Nice size kitchen, large den with plenty of seating for the whole Family. Lots of great memories made here and We can't wait to go back! Our favorite thing aside from watching sunsets, was sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins and manatee go by each day!

Perfect location!

This is our second year in a row to stay on the bay side in AMI. Once you do, you will see why it’s so awesome. Every single day, you will see families of dolphin swim by and a manatee swims right up to people. The house is very comfortable and clean. We did not go out to dinner because we had the best view you can get anywhere. We cooked every night in the very well equipped kitchen and had our favorite beverage on the deck every day. We spent the rest of our time enjoying the beach. Our 10 year old caught and released blue crabs, hermit crabs, little fish, starfish and sand dollars. We went fishing at the Rod and Real and rented a pontoon boat for the day. Liz and Frank were great to work with and responded immediately to any questions. We are looking forward to our trip next year and will be booking this house again!!

Cleaners

Home is great. Cleaners arrived at 9. Sat in driveway. Brought cleaning supplies to the door at 9:30. Felt rushed while trying to squeeze out last few minutes of stay. Also lights on back deck seem to have a problem. I changed a few bulbs but it didn’t make a difference. Finally by nephew stated something wasn’t quite right with the low king size bed. Said that something was wrong with the frame. Over all beautiful space.

Beautiful bay-side home

Our check in process was delayed because the cleaning crew was delayed and not quite finished, but Katie was very very responsive and communicated with me promptly every time I had a question. Within an hour we were in! And we had productively used the time to get to the local Publix! On Sunday, I found that the garbage disposal was jammed, probably because a prior guest had put leftovers it, but again , Katie answered my inquiry immediately, even though it was Easter Sunday. By Monday morning, Katie had the Allen Wrench tool delivered and once I removed a crab shell fragment someone left behind, it worked perfectly. We found the kitchen well stocked. I only had to borrow a 9by13 pan from a neighbor to roast our Easter Sunday ham. Everything else needed was there. Overall, it was a great week! AMI, we will be back!!! Thanks Katie!

great vacation with family

This was a great time with our family, spent a lot of time in the ocean behind the house and some a few steps up the beach from the house. Seen a lot of the wildlife in this beautiful part of Flordia and the Gulf coast. Weare definitely looking to rebook this trip again.

Great views

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony the most. Saw dolphins, manatees, and beautiful manatee rays. The rental was very clean. Even though this home is bayfront, you do have a beach area in front of your rental. There were a couple of days that we did venture down to the Bean Point area which is amazing. The water clarity is so beautiful. We also recommend renting a golf cart. We enjoyed riding around the island. Minnie's in Holmes Beach was our favorite breakfast spot and our favorite supper spots were Harry's Grill and Hurricane Hanks.

Our family grew up visiting Anna Maria and fell in love with this little island. Shortly after, we decided to buy a beach house here so we can enjoy getaways here more often. We found this gem of a house and quickly made it our own. We have had 3 generations that have shared memories under this roof and have so many wonderful stories of our times spent here. While we wont be interacting with you during your stay, we are always a phone call away (located about an hour away in Tampa.)

This property is phenomenal. We have a "private beach" that allows "right of passage" to people walking by, but no one else should be on your beach. This means that this side of Anna Maria is much more private than the Public Gulf side. We still boast beautiful views, and I would say our view is better because at night we have a view of the Sunshine Skyway in the distance! 1,800 LED lights will illuminate 1.7 miles of Skyway piers and columns from dusk til dawn. It’s one of the most ambitious lighting programs in the nation, featuring animated routines with names such as “Patriotic,” “Verdant Green” and “Purple Majestic.” - Source: The Herald Tribune.

Another special feature of this property is that our water tends to be calmer than the gulf side and the very tip of Bean Point. There are times the tide can be strong, so always keep your wits about you and the other guest, but my son has been swimming behind the house since he was a baby and was always fine - of course I don't let him go in when the tide/current picks up

We are right on the beach, which is the best place to be! I love that I can wake up and walk out to the living room and take in the beautiful blue water view. If I am downstairs on the beach and want a frozen margarita I just climb the stairs and make one. Being right on the beach offers a level of ease that another house can't. I hate when I walk blocks to the beach and realize I forgot something. The ease of the backyard being the beach is unmatched!
Our location is just 8 houses away from the Rod N Reel Pier which has a restaurant on the second level. A short 3 minute drive and you'll be at the AMI General Store (its a small store with necessities, snacks, some groceries, alcohol, a deli and ice cream shop).

Squeaky, white sand meets the aqua water and then the view melts into the vivid blue sky. Only a few houses away from the Rod n' Reel Pier, great for fishing, eating fresh fish at their restaurant, or just having a drink at their tiny bar.
